Extérieur agréable mais...

La maison bien qu en apparence jolie est en réalité vétuste et très mal entretenue. Propreté laissant à désirer, état des sanitaires vétustes, odeur de moisie, cafards (gigantesque) cuisine équipée mais peu fonctionnelle micro onde HS. Prises arrachées, moisissures, tout tombe en décrépitude malheureusement car les propriétaires sont charmant mais la maison mériterait une mise aux normes et un bon ravalement général, peintures, électricités, plomberies... bref bon séjour dans l ensembles parce que nous sommes au soleil en hiver mais la maison n’est pas conforme à nos attentes par rapport au prix et prestations proposées.

Très belle villa traditionnelle

Nous avons passer 15 jours en famille dans cette jolie villa traditionnelle, au calme, très spacieuse. Nous étions 9 adultes et nous pouvions avoir chacun nos espaces. La cuisine est grande et fonctionnelle. La terrasse et la piscine très agréable. Un barbecue pour nos soirées grillades et langoustes. Les propriétaires nous ont réservé un bel accueil, souriant et à notre écoute. Une spécialité guadeloupéenne et le breuvage local (Rhum) en guise de bienvenue. Nous y retournerons sans hésitez. NB: Manque juste un aspirateur

Villa agréable mais...

L'accueil a été agréable et chaleureux. Le jardin est très agréable ainsi que la piscine ; heureusement car la mer est à bien plus de 300 m de la villa. L'annonce ne reflète pas exactement la réalité sur place : par exemple, le sèche-linge n'existe pas, c'est un étendoir à linge ; il n'y a pas de grille-pain ; le garage n'est pas disponible... Il y a également un certain nombre de dysfonctionnement à corriger rapidement : le réfrigérateur ne fait pas de froid ; le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionne pas correctement (message d'erreur à chaque lavage) ; les moustiquaires ne sont pas toutes adaptées aux lits ; nous n'avions pas assez de clés (1 seule) pour 8 locataires ; la robinetterie des lavabos n'est pas toujours correctement fixée... Dommage...
