On the banks of the Sella River we find this 19th-century house renovated in 2002, "halfway from everything," as customers say. Mountain, sea, cities, located in the prelude to the Picos de Europa biosphere reserve, 15 km. of Covadonga and 22 km. of the Lakes of Covadonga.
INSTALLATIONS:
Ground floor with large living room, kitchen and toilet, as well as a children's library and playground.
It has all the equipment (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, ovens, and complete utensils for 12 seats).
Outside it has a grill - barbecue, table football and pin-table.
On the first floor there are three double rooms with full bathroom, on the second floor a small living room, two rooms one double and one triple and also has a bathroom.
