Fantastic penthouse located just 20 meters from the Retiro Park and Puerta de Alcalá, in the prestigious Salamanca neighborhood.

This apartment has been completely renovated and decorated recently, equipped to detail with everything you need for a perfect stay.

It has a bedroom with bathroom and television on the top floor, a spacious living room and kitchen on the ground floor with access to the wonderful terrace equipped with armchairs and sun loungers and great views over the city of Madrid. The space is pleasant, bright and well decorated, as well as fully equipped with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, electrical appliances, bedding, etc.

This apartment is the perfect place to spend a memorable stay in Madrid, enjoy its pleasant terrace watching the sunset or stroll through the well-known Retiro Park.

The subway station is at the entrance of the building and due to its walking location we find the best restaurants in the capital such as Paraguas, Amazonian restaurant or Jorge Juan's machine among other fashionable places.

Perfect place to stay in Madrid.

Everything was perfect. It was clean, modern, and was in a perfect location. The balcony and view was amazing. It also had good access to the Metro which made getting around the city a breeze. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I wasn’t happy with the property because it look worn down and the elevator was very small.

I think it needs to be upgraded and needs to look like the beautiful pictures on the site. And if a customer asked you about something be totally truthful

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful location

We rented this apartment for our adult daughter and friend as it is very close to ours. Gorgeous views. Easy check-in. Great location near Retiro, shopping and restaurants. We would rent again for guests.
