Charming 6 bedroom House / Gite with private Pool in the Charente Maritime

Welcome ! Paul & Lucia welcome you to our English owned Charming Cottage and Gite annex:
6 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 lounge, 3 showers and 1 bathroom.
Situated in beautiful sunny rural Charente Maritime in the middle of the vine region of South West France.
We offer peace and quiet in your own House & Gite complete with beautiful views over the valley.
We are centrally located to various destinations such as Jonzac, Saints, Royan, La Rochelle and Bordeaux.
The countryside is beautiful with much to explore and vineyards to visit.
The beaches of Royan are a short driving distance away but we also have many lake beaches as well.
The House is comprised of a large Kitchen with all appliances cutlery crockery cooking utensils, there is also a TV and large kitchen / dining table, from the kitchen you pass through to the Lounge which is cosy. In the lounge is a settee and armchairs, TV, book shelves and patio doors to the garden.
Also in the lounge is a staircase to the mezzanine floor with one double bed and entrance to a large bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds.
A doorway from the lounge is the entrance to a double bedroom with ensuite shower and wc, from the bedroom you also have access to the garden patio outside. Another door from the lounge will give access to a hallway, off the hallway are 2 double bedrooms one with ensuite shower and wc.
Further along the hallway is a Family bathroom and wc.

In the courtyard garden is located a Summer Kitchen, this is a roofed dining area complete with dining table and a fridge used especially in high summer for meals "a la fresco".

In the garden is located the private heated swimming pool with patio furniture,
safety security alarm for the pool and a lovely view.
Free Wifi throughout the house and annex.

Security deposit: A €300 security deposit in cash is required on the day of arrival to be returned on the day of departure after an inspection of the property has been carried out.
