BIG FLAT / 10' WALK FROM THE ACROPOLIS

ABOUT THE APARTMENT

The flat is 100 newly renovated. It is fully furnished, comfortable and clean. Can accommodate up to five persons. Located on the 4th floor (with lift) and fully air conditioned. The flat is situated in the Syggrou / Fix area next to the metro station and a 10 minutes walk to the Akropolis. It has one large living room (comfortable sofa, TV) one double bedroom with spacious wardrobe and a study room that can be turned into an extra bedroom for two. The kitchen is big and fully equipped (Cookware & Kitchen Utensils, oven, cooker, electric kettle, microwaves, toast-maker, plates, pans, coffee maker). There is also a big terrace with sitting space.

WI- FI. Fresh towels and linen provided. Iron, washing machine and hairdryer are also provided

NEIGHBOURHOOD AND LOCATION

You are in the centre of the city. The flat is located 2min walk from Syggrou / Fix metro station and from the tram station (that connects Athens with the southern suburbs and the beaches). Taxis are waiting in front of the metro station and they can take you to the port of Piraeus in 20min.

Most attractions are within walking distance:
-Acropolis and the New Acropolis Museum
-Panathenaic stadium
-National botanical Garden
- Temple of Zeus
- Syndagma sq. and the Parliament
- Plaka (old town district)
- Monastiraki flea market
- Kolonaki shopping area

There is also a bakery, some taverns, a mini market, pharmacy just round the corner. The neighborhood is quiet and absolutely safe with free parking in the street in case you rent a car.
