***Update October/November 2024: pool not in service until November 1st, Elevator not in service until November 30. Please check before booking if this is important to you, otherwise area recovering well from Hurricane :-) Restaurants have been steadily opening along Gulf Blvd, plenty of places to enjoy dining out and all grocery stores/restaurants across the barrier island bridge open*** This Direct Gulf Front Corner unit has two Bedrooms/ two Baths and is Newer Construction built in 2004. The unit is also beautifully furnished with Key west style decor. In addition, we provide beach chairs, umbrella, play pen, and a few other items so you don't have to pack additional luggage. Owners are eager to have you enjoy this beautifully appointed vacation rental that they treat as their own. Booking fee not refundable.

Beautiful view, super clean, and bigger than expected
We LOVED our stay. This 2/2 felt spacious and our west-facing balcony was perfectly positioned for sunsets. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful beach location
Everything was great except we were woken up every night at 1:00am in the queen bedroom with a noise that sounded like a drill coming the air conditioner/ water heater closet. The noise went off twice within a couple of seconds apart with flash of light each time. It was very annoying. Also, the patio door didn’t slide very well, it was hard to open. Everything else was wonderful fully stocked kitchen with utensils, appliances, all cooking pans were very nice.

Very nice condo.
This condo was very clean and spacious. I particularly enjoyed the lanai and the ocean views. The only thing I would suggest is to have a larger television in the living room. I also really liked how the condo was literally just a few steps to the beach.

Condo was spacious and comfortable. Beach access was best that we have experienced. The pool was clean and never overcrowded. We had trouble with the icemaker so we bought ice. We would have liked to have access to the storage area in the garage, but we were not provided with a combination to the lock. Others had keys to their storage area and were able to store tents and beach toys overnight.

Everything 5 stars. Only one issue- needs new refrigerator or fix severe leaking water from freezer… makes no ice However Hilda and Becca were very responsive in their response to our problem. Great Experience!!!

This property is very well maintained. The condo was clean and spacious -- the balcony and view were a dream. Having a corner condo is great because of all the extra lighting from side windows. Rooms were roomy! We had some issues with ice-maker, but management took care of it readily.

Beach Get-Away
This property did not disappoint! Clean and great view and easy direct access to pool and beach. The elevator was a plus. Pool could use a shaded area but otherwise all good! This was our first time to IRB and we loved the laid back atmosphere and quick access to Clearwater and surrounding areas.

Super clean oceanfront condo
We rented this condo last minute to extend our stay in Indian Rocks Beach. It was overall a wonderful experience. The location is great: Walkable to restaurants, easy access to the grocery store and chain stores, and a quick UBER ride to Clearwater if you don’t want to deal with traffic/parking. The condo was very clean, had a large kitchen and a comfortable bed. And the ocean view was fantastic!! Lots of extras there too like fans, iron and ironing board. Also lots of beach extras including a cooler but sadly the weather was quite cool and we only utilized the hot tub a couple times. Only minor drawback is the master bath is very small and a larger dining table would be more conducive for eating and card playing/games. But even with that I would rent again!

The condo was a great size for my family of 4. Had everything we needed. The building is small, less then 20 units was nice when trying to social distance. Easy access to the beach, nice pool. Overall clean. Would have licked a nicer vacuum to clean up the floors everyday. Would stay again in the future.

The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. The condo also has a bunch of chairs and other stuff for the beach. The pool, hot tube, and everything else was exactly as it was advertised. We will definitely try to rent it again in the future. Dwayne & Michelle Southern Illinois

Perfection
We LOVED our vacation in this condo! The entire unit was spotless and comfortable with everything that we needed for bedding, towels and kitchen items. We took a risk booking in Indian Rocks, since we have never been to this part of Florida before, but it was exactly what we were looking for: a quiet family setting. This area seemed most appropriate for young families or retirement aged couples who just want to lounge in the pool and enjoy walking miles and miles of beach. We enjoyed the local dining and easy access to groceries, shopping, etc. We would absolutely book here again, and have recommended it to friends and family.
