A spectacular 4 seasons, lakefront home on beautiful Lake Couchiching only 90 minutes from Toronto, just north of Webers Burgers on hwy 11, north of Orillia and south of Gravenhurst. This beautifully newly furnished 2-story home has spectacular views from the deck and waterfront, 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8), gorgeous family room with 60” large screen TV, High-Speed Internet and fireplace, games room with Fooze Ball and Large Screen TV, 2 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dishes and outdoor natural gas BBQ. Beautiful, clear, shallow water, perfect for small children. Canoe, paddle boat and brand new 30’ dock, for your enjoyment.

Treat yourself to one of Casino Rama's great shows or a theatre play at the Orillia Opera House. Great location - only minutes from Casino Rama and downtown Orillia. Visit Santa's Village in Bracebridge or Horseshoe Valley for ziplining, rock climbing and ogo balling in the summer or skiing (downhill & x-country), tubing or snowshoeing in the winter. Enjoy the fall colours, the changing season is absolutely stunning. This winter wonderland is also filled with activities such as snowmobiling, cross-country skiing and ice-fishing. Book a weekend, a couple of days or a week of fun and relaxation with family or friends. Lots to do, lots to see. Book now and take advantage of the discount rates. We have a minimum 2-day rental (3 on long weekends and 3 during July and August) and a $150 cleaning charge which includes complete linen bedding change, fresh towel supply and basic house cleaning for your arrival. Note that for your safety the linens will be left at the foot of the bed so that you can be assured they are clean.

$500 security/damage deposit required upon booking which will be promptly refunded upon departure inspection.

Wonderful!!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful three night stay at Hostaville. The view is great, the cottage itself is very comfortable for family members to be together, and the kitchen is very well stocked if you plan to cook. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. Looking forward to booking Hostaville again.

Great experience

The house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the large family room with the gas fireplace. It was a great location, right on the lake. And it was a quick drive to Horseshoe Valley, for snowboarding and spa. We would stay here again.

The property was beautiful...right on the lake...great room and kitchen nicely renovated....needs a good cleaning....communication with the host was very poor....i text him 3 different times about issues....the entry code and wifi not working with no response...these were minor issues and we still enjoyed the property and views

Exellent cottage in a beautiful setting

Cant beat the view from the cottage this place is well kept and had anything you could possibly need we had an excellent time and this place is a step above the rest we have rented many cottages in the past and they all had the same issues old uncomfortable furniture and beds but not here!!! all updated furnishings with great comfortable beds all around and the setting could not be any more beautiful nice little fire pit right beside the lake was a great way to spend evenings Thanks Kathy

The Perfect Getaway

We just returned from a lovely week! A beautiful property, right on the water. The house was clean, in a quiet area, and had everything we needed! Lots of space for a big family, two living areas with big screen TVs, and a fantastic deck overlooking the lake, which is where we spent most of our time. The kids loved the foosball table! 5/5, would definitely recommend!

Great Fall Getaway

Two couples spent 3 days at this lovely home. Great location, cleanliness, and layout. Loved watching the sunrise from the living room. Casino Rama easy to get to. Beautiful property with a beautiful view!

The view of the lake is stunning. The sunrises are unbeatable! The hosts were wonderful and accommodating. If you need anything, just ask! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. This house is truly a home away from home. The house itself is set up wonderfully for families. The upstairs has a master suite plus a bedroom with bunk beds. Downstairs is 2 more bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a full bathroom and a game room. They layout is comfortable with lots of room to spread out if needed. We would stay here again for sure.

Cottage Get Away

Perfect place for a 3 days cottage getaway with family. It’s peaceful, serene and healing. The lake view is spectacular throughout the day. The water is very inviting for canoeing and other water activities. Wish we could have done fishing. The cottage is well furnished, spacious and has all the amenities we needed just like we were at the comfort of our home. Could have enjoyed the outdoor dining but the accumulation of pollen, dust, insects debris on surfaces was quite distracting. With bug spray armor, bon fire at night and watching full moon over the lake was peaceful and enjoyable. Overall, our family had an excellent experience staying at the cottage.

Beautiful place but..,

Pros: Outside was perfect. We loved it. Swimming, paddle boat, canoe, lots of chairs. We used the fire pit every night. Inside had everything we could possibly need as far as cooking and eating which was especially helpful during these times when we weren’t going out for meals. The place was very modern and beautiful. Lots of indoor seating. The main floor was light and bright. Cons: the place was not cleaned properly and there was a lot of mold in both bathrooms, showers and around faucets. It was disgusting. There was hair in the bathtub. There was dirt under the beds, in bedroom dresser drawers, on plates in cupboards there were crumbs. Nothing was cleaned properly. I asked for a deep clean which was an option for more money so I’d hate to see what it would have been like without the deep clean. The basement was also very dark and damp.

Awesome holiday in south muskoka

The cottage was amazing with the exception with the linens and towels which the owner rectified immediately. The attention to detail cleaning in hard to reach places could have been improved for example the main area had very high ceilings and it was obvious there were a lot of spider webs including the dining room fixture.

Gem of a spot for a peaceful stay!!

This cottage was such a perfect getaway from our busy lives. All the beds here were so comfortable, we all slept in (never happens at home). The cottage has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing weekend or week away. The view each morning was just what we needed. Quiet neighborhood just north of Orillia, again, amazing weekend.
