Bien situé mais mal isolé du bruit
Le chalet est situé dans un hameau au bord de la piste du Betex. C'est parfait pour rejoindre le domaine skiable ou en revenir. Il suffit de 5 à 10 minutes à pied dans le village pour atteindre la piste du télésiège. Impeccable. Par contre le chalet est dans un coin du hameau ou nombre de vacanciers louent des appartements, des grands appartements de 14 personnes pour certains. Ces batiments sont situés de l'autre côté de la ruelle. Résultat, si certains voisins sont bruyants et ont décidé de faire la fête jusqu'à 2h du matin, alcolisés, tous les soirs, alors c'est évidemment perturbant si vous souhaitiez vous reposer au calme d'un hameau à 1750m, car le chalet est extrêmement mal isolé du bruit. On entend même de simples conversations venant de la ruelle du village. Bref, j'ai essayé de faire intervenir la gendarmerie, à trois reprises, mais sans beaucoup de succès. Cela n'a rien changé. Tous les soirs le même souci. Pas de chance, sans doute. C'est dommage car le chalet est mignon et offre quelques belles vues, même si un chalet en contre bas bloque un peu trop la vue principale (vue sur le toit du voisin !). Le hameau a du caractère, le chalet aussi. Le Carrefour Montagne se trouve à 20 minutes à pied. C'est pratique. Le problème du tapage nocturne fut un gros souci pendant notre séjour. Nous avons apprécié la mise à disposition de bois pour le pôele à bois. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine au sein du chalet. Le logement est très bien agencé, très calme et bien situé, à 2 min en voiture des pistes. Agencement des chambres et des salles de bain idéal pour nous et nos 4 enfants! Hôte vraiment sympathique et disponible. Merci encore pour tout

Positieve punten: - Skischoenverwarming - Vloerverwarming - Opbergruimte ski's - Broodjesservice - Mogelijkheid tot huren van bed- en badlinnen - Oven met ovenschalen zijn top! Negatieve punten: - We hadden graag kussentjes gehad op de houten stoelen - Er ontbraken scherpe messen - We hadden problemen met het ontgrendelen van het kinderslot van de keramische kookplaat Huisje is echt een aanrader!

Nous recherchions des vacances au calme, dans un cadre magnifique , loin des fortes chaleurs . Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour . La montagne l’été propose des activités diversifiées . Chalet agréable et bien situé par rapport à la Station des Menuires.

Pleasant stay
Spacious property with many good points, eg parking, wifi, good beds, ski boot warmers, controllable underfloor heating, character location, quiet, however it could be improved with a second sofa instead of the woodburner. And remember to bring your own sheets and pillowcase. Recommended.
