Cinq 5 Zinc a two bedroom apartment offers self catering holiday accommodation located on Headland Road within walking distance of the world famous surfing hotspot Fistral Beach and Newquay town centre with its shops, bars and restaurants.

Offering modern and spacious holiday accommodation this lovely apartment laid out over two floors has an open plan cooking, dining and relaxing area which opens out onto a private garden terrace with a gate and steps down onto Headland Road.

Internally Cinq benefits from two large bedrooms one of which has its own private patio, a lift to and from the secure underground car park and storage area for surfboards, wetsuits and bicycles

The lift will take guests from the basement up to the ground floor apartment

From Cinq guests can either enjoy the sun and waves at Fistral Beach with Rick Stein's fish and chips afterwards or walk the rugged coastline around the headland into Newquay town centre to shop, eat or just browse

Excellent property in the perfect location

This was our third stay and it did not disappoint. The property has everything you need and is so close to Fistral beach where we has organised a surfing lesson for the children. The flat is always clean and tidy and very comfortable.

Excellent Stay

Really nice apartment in a perfect location for town and beach, we’ve stayed in Newquay several times and this location is the best. Apartment was really nice and cosy. Cot was made on arrival which was really nice. Bedrooms spacious. The host text us when the apartment was ready so we weren’t hanging around all day which was great. The only slight criticism (which is totally outside of the control of this apartment) is other apartments in the block clearly allow dogs and there was pretty relentless barking going on throughout the day. Sometimes it was 5am in the morning and woke us up (including our baby). The people staying next door would leave their dogs outside in the gated patio area and they would be barking away all morning, so we had to shut our doors for a bit of peace, which was a shame, as the view looking out is really nice. Again, this isn’t a criticism of the apartment as it’s more the fault of other guests, but maybe some feedback that can be passed on to the general building managers. Despite the above small issue, we absolutely would stay here again and would recommend to friends. Thank you!

Excellent location

Great apartment

This is a lovely apartment and very comfortable. It has everything you could need for a family holiday. It has a fabulous view and It’s also convenient for the beach, restaurants and shops and just a short walk to the town centre.
