Gull’s Rest features two ground floor double beds; one with an ensuite shower room with basin and WC, and the other has Jack-and-Jill access to bathroom with bath, shower over basin and WC. Alongside this there is one super-king size double with ensuite bathroom with corner bath, shower over basin and WC completed by a TV and Balcony. The ground floor hosts a kitchen with dining area and ground floor basin with WC. Dining room also has a sitting area and gas fire. PLEASE NOTE: NO STAG / HEN PARTIES ACCEPTED AT THIS PROPERTY.
Amenities: Central heating with gas fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent.
