Charming apartment in a great location
The 6 of us in our family group had a wonderful stay in this charming apartment. It has been tastefully renovated and is very close to lots of restaurants and food shops.

Great location, great property.
We couldn't have asked for a better "home away from home" during our week in Paris. The property is clean, modern and comfortable; is a short walk from 2 Metro stations (St. Paul and Bastille) and Notre Dame; and is on a street filled with great shops, cafes and restaurants. The property "manager" was quick to respond to any questions or issues we had, and was gracious enough to have bottled waters and a good beer in the refrigerator waiting for us.

Great retreat in le Marais
We stayed here for 4 nights with our 4 teenage daughters. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything we needed for our stay. The large windows in the living room open to the street and we opened them every night.There is one market across the street that is open late and we stopped there almost every night. The neighborhood is vibrant with many shops to see on the way to the metro station.Marc is a great host and was quick to respond to questions.

Perfect base to explore Paris
The location is perfect, just 3 blocks from the Bastille metro stop and walking distance to Notre Dame and the Louvre. The beds were comfortable, linens clean and fresh, kitchen ready for anything. The front windows look out on the charming street. We had croissants and coffee at La Fontaine Sully while waiting to connect with the landlord and dinner at Vins des Pyrenees our last night. Both were meals fabulous and the restaurant staff charming. Make sure to u derstand how the heating works. It took us a day to get it organized to suit us.

Great weekend break
We had a lovely stay in early December. Location was convenient with access to multiple metro stops and many sites were also within walking distance. The loft was great for a larger group as we were 5 and fit comfortably.Would recommend and stay here again!

Excellent location, but watch your head
Enjoyed our week stay, excellent location, wonderful neighborhood, surprisingly quiet. There are some rooms with low ceilings, namely the kitchen and guest rooms upstairs, so watch your head. The en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom has a medicine cabinet that sticks out more than the sink, so watch your head there as well. Comfortable and clean.

Wonderful loft in Le Marais
The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. The location, with proximity to both the Bastille and Saint-Paul metro stations, was an excellent base for exploring the city. The loft is in a great area, with cafes, restaurants, groceries, and cheese, wine and pastry shops nearby. The host was very responsive to our communications and questions, arranging for someone to kindly meet us earlier upon our arrival.

Gem in Morais
Efficient, quiet, well appointed apartment in the heart of Morais. Accommodated our group of five adults comfortably. Short walk on Rue Saint-Antoine to boulangeries, restaurants, sidewalk cafes, food stands, grocery stores, retail and wine shops. Ten minute walk to Place des Vosges, Place de la Bastille and St. Paul Cathedral; twenty minute walk down quaint side streets to the Seine and Notre Dame.

Great spot in the Marau
A very tidy,clean well appointed flat. All appliances and amenities were good,well equipped kitchen. Even though it was on a busy street,it was quiet and comfortable. The area couldn’t be better for exploring and walking!! Nice bedding and linens.

Lovely stay in the Marais
The apartment is in the most perfect location. So close to everything. We loved having a kitchen and washer and dryer. There was plenty of space for 5 adults. The height in the kitchen and loft is a bit short but we managed. Our hosts were very kind and helpful. Thanks for a great stay

Great spot in Paris
We loved this location for our family in Paris, a bit away from tourist traps, but easily accessible by Metro to anything you want to see. The neighborhood was quaint with great local restaurants we dined at each night, patisserie and bakeries we grabbed snacks at each day and fresh produce across the street. Highly recommend for families, worked great for our family of 5, kids age 6, 9 & 11.

Nice place, even better location
We were a family of 5 staying here during the Olympics. Having some living space, a kitchen, and air conditioning (quite the luxury in Paris) made this a really enjoyable stay. But even more important was the location. Being next to Bastille and the Marais provided relatively easy access to a number of train lines as well as great places to eat, hang out, and stroll. But I will caution that the lofted area does have a low ceiling, so anybody 5'8" or taller will probably not be comfortable there. The bathrooms are also a bit tight but fine overall. If you've ever stayed on a cruise ship, you'll manage.

Perfect Paris Neighborhood
Perfect location in a safe and not touristy neighborhood. Easy access to the metro and so many dining options. Friendly and helpful host. Perfect spot for a family with teens who need their own room.

The apartment is very well located and close to the Metro. Main negative is main bedroom had no air circulation and was very warm; same for the two upstairs bedrooms. Outside temp was in the 70s. It would be very uncomfortable in late summer
