Menaggio Marina is the perfect base, perfect for two, perfectly set in the centre of town, perfect if you don't want to have a car, perfect location!

The lake view is to be had from every single window, a long narrow balcony is accessible from every room and even though a bit narrow for a table and chairs it is the best spot of the house! A small table and chair are offered for you to enjoy your breakfast or a lovely glass of wine in the evening where you can enjoy the evening breeze coming up from the Lecco leg of the lake.

Overlooking the small touristic marina, hence the name Menaggio Marina, you have possibly one of the best views water views in town. The marina once the transportation hub of the village, now a sleepy port for sailboats and fisherman's work boats. Enjoy the view of the fisherman coming in very early every evening.
Going out for a meal and enjoying a glass of wine is an option as you have all restaurants and bars of Menaggio at your fingertips.

The apartment entrance is with in a residential building and located on the first floor so steps are involved to access the apartment.
Entering the apartment you are welcomed into the living/dining room with French windows opening out onto the balcony.

Down the hallway to the kitchen, fully equipped and offers all you need to prepare from the basic breakfast to the more complicated in house Italian meals. French doors open out onto the balcony.

The next room down the hall is the large bathroom with large walk in shower, basin, bidet and WC. Even the bathroom has an amazing view over the Marina and Bellagio in the distance.

The bedroom is the last room, large and air, ample cupboard space, French doors open out onto the balcony and a comfortable wicker armchair to be put outside to enjoy a book and the view.

Menaggio is the largest village in the central lake area and is the busiest of all towns in summer months, without going overboard with so many people to be uncomfortable. A good balance that calms down in the evening hours and tranquilly is to be had in the village.
A number of lovely shops for shopping and souvenirs, cafes for cappucino breakfasts, bars for aperitifs and a selection of restaurants to choose from will not leave you short of selections.
