About this property

This pretty holiday house is located in peaceful rural surroundings, near historical town of Pula. The house consists of ground floor and upper floor. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining area, living room, toilet with shower (there is washing machine for clothes) and a bedroom with separate bathroom. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with also separate bathrooms, and one bedroom has outside covered terrace which has breathtaking view. The beautiful nature near this place will not leave you indifferent. Only five minutes away from the house there are lovely rocky and pebble beaches. The holiday home is enrichted with entertainment options such as football and table tennis. There is also a swing for little children and trampoline. Outside on the ground is covered terrace, and a barbecue, where you can spend pleasant evenings during preparation of tasty meals and and enjoying in taste of a good local wine.

Schöne Villa mit guter Ausstattung

Pro: -Schöner Außenbereich mit großem Pool - Villa sehr sauber -Gute Ausstattung (jedes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und Klimaanlage, 2 Kühlschränke, großer Grill, viel Geschirr/Kochutensilien, usw.) - Kommunikation mit Vermieterin unkompliziert - fairer Preis Neutral: -Die Villa befindet sich mitten zwischen anderen Ferienhäusern und einheimischen Bewohnern. Spätestens nach 22:00 Uhr sollte man deswegen die Nachtruhe beachten. - Der Weg zum Meer ist teils unwegsam und steil. Alternativ aber auch mit dem Auto zu erreichen. - Der Ort ist nicht groß, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr begrenzt und Restaurants sucht man sogar vergeblich, dorthin muss man mind. 15min fahren. - Die Straßen in der Umgebung sind teils sehr holprig und eng Negativ: -defekte Poolbeleuchtung -defektes Netz der Tischtennisplatte -Überquellende Mülltonnen bereits vor unserem Eintreffen Fazit: Die Negativpunkte waren gut verschmerzbar und der 1-wöchige Urlaub hat uns ( 7 Personen, je ca. 25 Jahre alt) dort sehr gut gefallen.

Alles was das Herz begehrt

Eine sehr tolle und saubere Anlage die uns 10 Tage pure Erholung geboten hatte. Zu den drei Bädern die direkt an die Zimmer angeschlossen sind gibt es noch ein weiteres, im Hauptraum, dass man dann Tagsüber und für Gäste, nutzen konnte. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war super. Auf Anfrage ob der Pool nach ein paar Tagen gereinigt werden kann, standen Stunden später die Poolboys da. Es liegt sehr ruhig und man kann den Urlaub zur Entspannung nutzen. Das ist ein Haus dass wir sehr gerne wieder buchen wollen

Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool, gut geeignet für Freunde & Familien.

Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und sauber, es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Pool ist sehr schön und auch für Kinder geeignet. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, man muss zum nächsten großen Supermarkt nach Pula fahren, aber mit Auto ist alles kein Problem. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus

Sehr schönes und sauberes Haus. Alles in allem war es ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend. Man kann es nur empfehlen.

Relaxing Stay

The property was extremely well cared for with modern bathrooms. The house is very comfortable and the pool is excellent with whirlpool. The property manager met us from the airport and we followed her to the property. She was extremely helpful and so contactable. She gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and she’s was available for all our queries. We couldn’t fault the service and the accommodation more than lived up to our expectations. Fabulous stay and would highly recommend.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir waren im Jahr 2015 und 2019 in dem Ferienhaus und es ist nach wie vor sehr gepflegt, sehr nette Kommunikation mit den Besitzern, denen man auch mal bei kleinen Problemen fragen kann. Supermarkt und Strand sehr nahe, also alles was man braucht. Jeder Zeit gerne wieder.

A comfortable vacation!

The villa is situated in a quiet area. It fully matches the description from the offer. All rooms are air-conditioned, the air conditioning works perfectly. Well-equipped kitchen. Pool, shaded patio, internet and TV in the living room and each bedroom. Smart tv allows you to connect a laptop, external memory ect. Very clean, modern equipment and furniture. Extremely nice and friendly, very helpful home host. We spent (4 adults) an extremely calm, relaxing holiday. Nearest shop 2.8 km - Pavicini. Nearest beach - 5.2 km - Duga Uvala. The nearest restaurant 8.5 km in Krnica and 14.5 km in Loborika. To the center of Pula 23 km. Access to Kavran only from Route 66 via Marcana and then via Pavicini. Road through Valtura (from the airport in Pula) gravel in very poor condition. Don't be fooled by navigation ;-). Andreja and Snjezana - thank you for a great holiday!

Sehr erholsame und schöne Location

Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr gut aufgeteilt. Der Pool ist toll, es ist sehr sauber und alles ist vorhanden. Einige wenige Kleinigkeiten müssen repariert werden, das stört aber nicht. Leider haben die Auflagen der Sonnenliegen schon arge Gebrauchsspuren, hier ist eine Reinigung oder ein Austausch fällig. Tischtennisplatte ist super, Schläger und Ball müssen mitgebracht werden. Der Kicker ist Schrott. Auf jeden Fall ist ein Auto notwendig, da der Ort doch etwas abgelegen liegt, dafür ist es aber idyllisch und ruhig. Der Strand ist recht weit weg, auch hier ist ein Auto sinnvoll , dafür ist der Strand super. Alles in allem, für Familien mit Kindern gebe ich eine klare Empfehlung!!

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben das Haus mit 6 Personen bewohnt. Es befindet sich in einem gepflegten Zustand. Die Auflagen der Sonnenliegen waren etwas verschmutzt, Möbel teils mit Gebrauchsspuren, der Tischkicker war etwas defekt. Tischtennisschläger und Bälle waren nicht vorhanden. Aber alles in allem gepflegt, sauber und sehr zu empfehlen. Die Größe des Hauses war perfekt, die Schlafzimmer großzügig mit jeweils anschließendem Bad. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, lediglich Salatbesteck hat gefehlt. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen. Im Ort war lediglich eine Bäckerei. Man muss zum einkaufen, bummeln oder Restaurantbesuch immer mit dem Auto fahren. Dafür ist es ruhig und man kann sich super gut erholen. Auch der Strand ist zu Fuß eigentlich nicht zu erreichen (über 3 km). Wir haben deshalb den Pool bevorzugt, der für uns absolut ausreichend war. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief einwandfrei. Insgesamt können wir das Haus absolut empfehlen, wer es gern etwas ruhiger mag! Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!
