Small character house in Pénestin near the beaches

This characterful holiday home is located 150 m from the beaches and has a small ocean view. It is built on a partially shaded, enclosed plot of 800 m2. Calm reigns there. It is located 2km from the town center where it is possible to get supplies from supermarkets but there is always the possibility of getting bread, butter, croissants ... in the campsites a few hundred meters from the. The summer markets are always very busy, both in barges and summer visitors. They are remarkable and attract a large clientele. They take place on Wednesday and Sunday morning. It is possible to hike from the coast by following the coastal path. As for the beaches, the closest is a small cove where it is good to stroll but also at low tide fishing on foot is very popular. A little further, at 400m, a superb sandy beach allows lovers of swimming and sun to bask.


Tourist attractions: Pénestin is located 25 km from Guérande, 30 km from La Baule and St Nazaire (its aquarium); near the Branféré zoological park; about twenty kilometers from the Ruiz peninsula; 50 km from Vannes ... Many visits are possible (Château de Suscino, du Plessis-Josso, Croisic aquarium, salt marsh museum, etc.)

And on the ground, a shed in which you will find a table and chairs to install on the terrace as well as 2 sun loungers and parasols.


Arrivals take place at 4 p.m. and departures at 10 a.m.
