Large 120m² apartment located 150m from the beach, 250m from Puerto Marina and with all services nearby (supermarket, restaurants, bars, bus stop, pharmacy, etc.). All rooms are very spacious: a sunny room with southwest orientation, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. From the 18m² terrace facing south you can enjoy wonderful views of the sea and the marina. The house has free high speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning hot / cold in all rooms. There is a private parking space outside. There are special discounts for stays of 4 weeks or more (except July / August). Two week holiday with golf
Excellent apartment with parking. We used as base to play 6 rounds of golf on different courses. Two 85 year olds stayed with us for one week and we visited Cala de Mijas,Train to Malaga, Travel up in the cable car. All good and worked out well. Our hosts were excellent.

Very good, almost a 5 star
Had a really great holiday in this spacious apartment. A couple of maintenance things needed sorting when we first arrived but our host sorted them out for us very quickly. Once they were done the apartment was perfect and although not front line the view was in fact better than we had expected.The marina was a little further to walk than we thought and the slope or steps up from the front was steeper than we would have liked, but that aside the promenade was excellent for daily walks in the sunshine and with nearby supermarkets and an excellent bakery the location was extremely good.If we go back to Benalmádena then we would certainly be interested in staying in this apartment again.

Nous sommes restés six semaines dans ce magnifique condo. Les fenêtres ont été changées récemment; il en est de même pour les salles de bain, la cuisine et l'éclairage qui ont subi une cure de rajeunissement. Situé au cinquième étage et doté d'un immense balcon, la vue est à couper le souffle. Nous y avons pris pratiquement tous nos déjeuners et dîners. Définitivement le plus bel appartement que nous avons loué en Espagne.

Great apartment highly recommend
Great apartment. Very roomy and comfortable. Everything that we needed and more in terms of kitchen equipment, bathroom towels and extras that we did not expect. Great communication with Christophe and recommendations. Check in and check out was easy with Christophe at apartment to meet us and show us around and he connected our phones and iPads onto the Wi-Fi and good signals. Lots of good restaurants close by at the Marina. Highly recommend.

Great apartment for couples or a family.
We stayed here [2 couples] for 8 days, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The building has a lift, and the apartment is on the top floor [5 stories] with good views towards the sea. The hotel Triton is opposite and under renovation at the moment, it is a small drawback but it didn't affect our stay at all. The location is very good with easy access to the beach [5 minute walk] and also the marina [10 minutes], and loads of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment was very clean and modern, with quality fixtures and fittings, and the beds were very comfortable. The layout is perfect, each large double bedroom has its own quality bathroom, and the rooms are separated by a large living room and an excellent kitchen. The manager was helpful and friendly, and very easy to communicate with. I would be happy to stay at this apartment again in the future.

Great location
Very spacious apartment with two private bathrooms. We felt at home here. Only disappointment was the construction of a large hotel across the street that didn’t appear in the listing. Probably an update of the photos is reasonable. Agent was prompt and very welcoming. Unit was clean and had all the necessary items a holiday needs. Grocery shop next door was very convenient.

Teilrenovierte Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe
Lage: Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit 16 Parteien mit teilweise eingeschränktem Meerblick. An- und Abreise mit PKW oder Bus sind problemlos. Trotz einer engen Zufahrt ist der überdachte Auto Abstellplatz geräumig und mit einem Zufahrtstor gesichert. Anlage: Aufzug und geräumiges Treppenhaus machen den Zugang mit Gepäck einfach. Je nach aktueller Vermietung kann es manchmal laut werden. Das hatte sich bei uns aber auf die unteren Stockwerke und die umliegenden Gebäude beschränkt. Unangenehm ist ständiges Hundegebell von scheinbar unbeaufsichtigt gelassenen Hunden über den kompletten Tag. Das Gebäude liegt unmittelbar an einer Großbaustelle, die neben Lärm und Staub auch spürbare Verkehrsbeeinträchtigungen mit sich bringt und in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt wurde. Insofern sind die eingestellten Bilder mit Blick Richtung Meer alt, denn die abgebildeten Gebäude sind entweder bereits abgerissen oder noch Großbaustelle. Hier gibt es deshalb deutlichen Punktabzug, eine Großbaustelle diesen Ausmaßes muss in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden. Positiv erwähnenswert ist die sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort. Das habe ich schon deutlich anders erlebt. Insofern ist dieses Objekt auch für Personen geeignet, die sich in fremder Umgebung oftmals schwer zurecht finden und eine persönliche Einweisung in Deutsch wichtig ist.

One week stay September 2019
My wife and I stayed here for a week in September, we have holidayed in Benalmadena on numerous occasions and I can honestly say this is the best apartment we have stayed in the apartment is spacious with everything you could possibly need. The location is superb and the view in the evening from the balcony is fantastic Christophe the host was very accomodating with meeting us at the apartment and arranging for us to stay in the apartment until our flight left which was an evening flight. Great property in Benalmadena
We had a great trip to Benalmadena and thoroughly recommend this apartment. The balcony is even bigger than photo suggests with amazing views of the sea. The apartment was clean, very big, and was excellently located. The only slight problem was air conditioning didn't appear to be working very well, but this was reported and they ensured me they would look into it. The hotel is just a five minute walk to a strip of bars and restaurants to the left, a five minute walk to the beach, and ten minutes to a bigger strip of restaurants to the right. Can't recommend this apartment highly enough. Christophe was very helpful when checking in and checking us out - would certainly recommend this apartment for 2 couples or a family!

Urlaub wie er sein sollte..........
Haben über die Plattform zum ersten Mal einen Urlaub gebucht. Wir waren auch skeptisch, ob wirklich alles so läuft und ob alles so ist wie es angegeben ist. Die Bedenken waren absolut unnötig - alles so wie es sein soll !! Ein besonderes Lob an Christophe, ein absoluter Profi und ein absolut zuverlässiger Manager vor Ort ! Eine bessere Betreuung geht nicht. Sollte ein Problem auftreten, wird dieses schnellstens gelöst ( z.B. Wasserboiler ging kaputt - Reparatur innerhalb eines Tages - einfach perfekt! ). Die Ferienwohnung ist genau so wie sie beschrieben wird und alle Bilder sind identisch. Große und helle Ferienwohnung ( in der 5.Etage- mit Aufzug zu erreichen ) mit ausreichend Platz für vier Erwachsene. Zwei Schlafzimmer, räumlich getrennt, mit jeweils einem Bad. Ein Balkon mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick auf den Strand und das Meer - einfach traumhaft schön. Komplett eingerichtete Küche mit allem was man braucht. Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett etc. - alles da. Die Ferienwohnung war bei der Übergabe absolut sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Möbel sind wie auf den Bildern und in einem guten Zustand. Ein paar kleinere Schönheitsreparaturen wären evtl. nötig, sind aber unserer Meinung nach nicht relevant oder störend. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist direkt an der Hauptstraße von Benalmadena Costa und im Umkreis von 300m sind alle nötigen Geschäfte wie z.B. Supermarkt, Bäckerei/Cafe, Bank/Geldautomat, Apotheke, Bars und Restaurants . Bei einem Spaziergang, entlang der Hauptstraße, sind sehr viele Geschäfte, Basare und Lokale zu entdecken die bis spät in die Nacht geöffnet haben. Insgesamt eine sehr lebhafte Gegend mit viel Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einem sehr großen Angebot an Gastronomie in allen Preislagen. Ausflüge ( z.B. nach Malaga, Marbella, Fuengirola, Mijas ) können problemlos mit dem Linienbus gemacht werden. Die Haltestelle ist quasi direkt vor der Haustür/an der Hauptstraße. Zu empfehlen ist der Kauf einer aufladbaren Fahrkarte ( am Stand vor dem Touristikbüro, ca. in 300m Entfernung an der Hauptstraße in Richtung Malaga ), damit kostet eine Fahrt zur Zeit 1,10 Euro pro Person anstatt 1,70 Euro pro Person. Die Fahrt nach Ronda mit dem Reisebus (Fahrzeit ca. 2,5 Stunden) kostet ca. 40 Euro für zwei Personen Hin- und Rückfahrt. Der schöne Strand ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Stayed at this spacious well equipped apartment for a week over Xmas. The location was excellent for us, it is literally across the road from the beach and a short 10 minute stroll to the marina. Very spacious with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms a large entrance hall and good size kitchen. Initially 4 of us were travelling but due to illness only 2made the trip so we had more than enough space. This apartment would be ideal for friend couples or families with 2-3 children, the bedrooms are at either end of the apartment and you would literally have your own blocks. The only issue you will have is deciding who gets which block as the preferably one is adjacent to the large lounge and opens onto the L shaped balcony. Christophe hosted us and he was very professional, and spot on with his recommendations in the area. I will be back for sure.
