About this property

Fantastic property with sea views in the Port of Sóller. Free WIFI

S'Àncora is a property located in the heart of Puerto de Sóller, in a very quiet and sunny residential area all year round, just 5 minutes walk from the beach, and 2 or 3 minutes from bars, restaurants, bus stop and nearby supermarkets. No car is necessary because of the excellent location.

The property is a large villa divided into two large apartments. Our 140m2 apartment is for up to 6 people, it is a first floor with 2 large dining rooms, one with access to the main terrace and the other consists of a reading area.

It has three double bedrooms (two of them with balcony overlooking the sea), including: bed linen, bath and beach towels. Electric fans and heaters in each room. There are two bathrooms with bathtub + shower and a toilet on the back terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential utensils and appliances (there is a dishwasher). The kitchen has a door that gives access to the rear terrace with views of the mountains and the pier. It also has a laundry area with a washing machine.

What stands out in this property is the number of terraces it has and different places to eat, rest or sunbathe. In total 3 terraces and two balconies. (40 m2 total terraces)

About the Town of Sóller and Puerto de Sóller (Tramontana area):

The Sóller Valley and the Port of Sóller are located half an hour from the Palma de Mallorca airport and enjoy very good communications, with its own railway, tram and bus service. The valley and the mountains that surround it, “the Serra de Tramontana” (Declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO), are the preferred destination of inhabitants from all over the world, especially those who love hiking, nature, culture , to water sports, gastronomy or simply to rest, away from the tourist bustle of other places perhaps better known.

Excellent stay and fantastic House

We had a very good stay in the House. It Was so clean and Well ecriped. We only will recomment that you buy topmadresses for the single beds, so that they could be more comfitable. But overall a great place. We Will be back in port de soller sogn. Best wishes Laila and Henrik

Perfekt, aber mit Verbesserungspotential

Lage und Aussicht einfach genial. Schön ruhig und trotzdem in 5 min im Zentrum. Alles war sehr sauber. Verbesserungspotential gibt es bei folgenden Punkten: - Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur wechselte von eMail auf WhatsApp bzw. iMessage, ohne dass wir dazu eine Info erhalten haben (nach Rücksprache mit FeWo Kontakt erhielten wir diese Info erst, da in unserer eMail der Begriff WhatsApp durch "--------" ersetzt war). - Die Dusche im großen Bad hatte leider Schimmel an der Decke und dem Duschvorhang. Da sollte regelmäßig nachgearbeitet werden. - Nicht alle Fenster ließen sich verschließen, so dass man von außen sie theoretisch leicht öffnen konnte, außer man macht immer den Sonnenschutz zu. - Bei ungünstigem Regen läuft es an den 2 Haustüren ins Innere, so dass man mit Handtücher abdichten muss. Aber trotzdem, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!

Toller Urlaub in einer wunderschönen komfortabelen Wohnung

Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung mit drei Terrassen. Zwei auf der sonnigen Seite mit Blick auf die Bucht und eine schattige Terrasse mit Blick auf den Leuchtturm. 140 qm Wohnfläche mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern ermöglichen auch mit mehreren Personen einen komfortablen Aufenthalt. Küche ist super ausgestattet und alles war total sauber. Zum Strand und zum Einkaufen sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Sehr nette spanische Vermieter runden einen wunderschönen Urlaub ab. Jederzeit würden wir wieder kommen.

Amazing Terraces!

The views and location were spectacular. Stairs down to the port level were right out the gate and Port De Soller was beautiful with so many options for dining and shopping. Our favourite spot (and activity) was sitting on the front terrace, enjoying the amazing view of the port and munching on olives, baguette and aioli accompanied by a local wine that we picked up in one of the many shops. As someone else mentioned, stairs and hills are the norm in the area. Great for working off the baguette :)

Very nice house with a beautiful view

We spent a lovely time this summer at S’Ancora in Porto de Soller. The house is very spacious, and we enjoyed the many terraces, especially the one with the beautiful view overlooking the Bay. The house was situated very central with only a few minutes walking distance to the Beach and shops. The owner of the house and the agent were really friendly and helpful. We warmly recommend S’Ancora house, and would certainly come back. Charlotte and Pernille

Toller Blick über die Bucht von der Terrasse!

Geräumiges Apartment , alles zu Fuß erreichbar, nette Vermieter, belebter Ort - sogar im März. Wir kommen wieder :)

Super Größe und Lage! Kein Meerblick entgegen der Bewerbung.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet!! Zum Hafen und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten optimal gelegen. Allerdings gibt es KEINEN Meerblick oder auf den Hafen!!! Man hat nur einen kleinen Blick auf die Bucht. Dafür aber auf die Berge. Wer etwas ruhiges sucht ist hier nicht gut aufgehoben oder bestückt sich mit Ohropax. Die seitliche Straße ist in den Morgenstunden stark befahren und nachts ist die Wasserpumpe hörbar im fast Dauereinsatz. Vorm Haus befand sich zusätzlich eine Baustelle, wo es von Montag bis Samstag bis täglich 19 Uhr sehr laut zuging. Wir waren zum Glück täglich unterwegs. Aber ein Nickerchen auf einer der 4 Terrassen wäre nicht möglich gewesen.

Comfortable, great location and huge!

Extremely comfortable apartment. About a five min walk to the tram and marina. Owners and letting agent extremely friendly and helpful and organised us taxi transfers etc. View of the bay from the terrace is wonderful. Apartment is huge so we never felt on top of each other. Port de Sóller is delightful with a pretty beach that is great for children. We went on a boat trip day out and thoroughly recommend the tram to Sóller on a Saturday morning. Only note is there are quite a few steps and a steep - ish climb to the apartment so would not suit anyone with a mobility problem.

Nice spacious apartment in Port de Soller

More than enough space for us 4 with a beautiful view and very central to the beach, restaurants and small markets. Everything you need was there, always a place to sit in the sun or to hide from it - just as needed. If you come with more people you will find the opportunity to give each other the space, everyone needs because there are many rooms and areas to sit and chill. The only thing that was a little confusing were the many light switches everywhere. It took a while to know, which one to use. All together a very harmonic stay in beautiful Port de Soller!

Nice house, near the beach, shops and restaurants

Good space, and nice with balconies on different sides of the house, so you can get shadow both in the morning and in the afternoon. Some disturbing traffic on the street, but a very nice place to stay at.
