Charming Argüelles is a lovely apartment with capacity for 4 people.
Charming Argüelles is a very bright apartment, completely exterior and on the 5th floor of a building with 2 lifts. It is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay in Madrid unforgettable.
There is 1 bedroom with double bed, flat screen TV and terrace. The living room has a sofa convertible into a double bed.
The bathroom is fully equipped with a bathtub, bidet and washbasin.
The living room has a flat screen TV, sofa and dining table, as well as a practical bar where you can have breakfast.
The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, plates and cutlery, glasses and cups...
LOCATION
Argüelles Quartier is with no doubts one of the best areas in Madrid. You will be mixed with the locals and experience the 'real' Madrid life style. Nevertheless, the apartment is located in the city centre, close to all main attractions.
GETTING AROUND:
The closes undergroung station is Argüelles (Lines 3, 4 and 6) and it is only 5 minutes walking, it is also very close to the metro station of Islas Filipinas (Line 7), 7 minutes walk.
THE FINE PRINT
-There are baby cots available to rent for 30€ / stay. Please request the baby cot to the host prior to your arrival.
-Every guest must present a valid ID/Passport upon check-in.
-Events and/or parties are not allowed.
-For reservation of 28 nights or more, electricity and gas bills will be included up to 50€. The tenant will have to pay for any extra.
-Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.
