The villa Casa da Fajã is situated in Calheta, said to be one of the sunniest areas of the island and also one of the most beautiful. The villa, located in a quiet residential / rural area, boasts stunning views of the ocean, and at night the sound of the waves can be heard from one´s bedroom.

It is surrounded by greenery (mostly banana plantations) and is simply breathtaking, with ample garden space, private heated pool (extra suplement) Please inform us in advance if you would like this extra service. It has outdoor sitting areas, and a barbecue for those long lazy summer afternoons.
The villa itself is very spacious, tastefully decorated in modern lines yet retaining a certain charm. It definitely is a home for family, friends or those simply seeking to live in a tranquil area close to nature be it sea or mountain.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped, and it has Wi-Fi throughout. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. Private parking is also available in the property, very easily accessed from the road.

Stupendous Villa

Can't fault this villa, it's grounds, accomodation, location and views are second to none. A pair of binoculars for watching the dolphins and whales as they swim by would be fantastic.

Ein kleines Paradies auf Erden.

Wunderschönes geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, in sehr guter Lage und atemberaubenden Ausblick auf den Atlantik. Die Gartenanlage und der Pool sind genauso gepflegt wie das ganze Anwesen. Von der Schlüsselübergabe und der Einweisung in das Haus vor Ort. Bis zur Poolreinigung, einmal in der Woche, hat alles perfekt geklappt. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Vielen Dank an MHM und die Eigentümer des Hauses Marita und Andreas

Eine wundervoller Aufenthalt in der Villa anlässlich unseres 40sten Hochzeitstages mit der ganzen Fa

Das Haus ist einfach perfekt! Es ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut - es mangelt an nichts! Jedes Schlafzimmer hat einen fantastischen Meerblick und verfügt über ein Bad. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr großzügig, die Küche voll ausgestattet. Und draussen? 3 Terrassen laden zum Verweilen, Relaxen ein - der Pool dazu rundet das Angebot ab. Die Betreuung durch MHM ist zuverlässig.

Unforgettable

Clean, spacious and quiet villa with great views of the ocean. We loved hearing the sound of the ocean waves crashing into the shore while laying in bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, we had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, I definetly recommend paying extra to have the pool heated! The ants in the kitchen and the bathroom. The ant traps were not really efficient. More outdoor lights at night would also be really appreciated

Top Haus!

Perfekter Service, tolle Lage, hervorragende Ausstattung im Haus, freundliche Mitarbeiter des MHM Pollservice 2 mal pro Woche, da viele Tiere und Blätter hineinfallen (es gibt keine Abdeckung)

Traumhaftes Hausnin traumhafter Lage

Wer die wunderschöne Insel Madeira besuchen möchte, kommt an dieser Immobilie nicht vorbei. Die Lage und Aussicht ist absolut traumhaft und einmalig. Das Haus perfekt ausgestattet, super sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool ist groß, sauer und beheizbar. Die Betten extrem bequem, die Vermietung jederzeit freundlich und erreichbar. Lediglich die Adress-Angabe in der Annonce ist nicht genau genug. Aber hey das ist ein miniproblem. Wer Madeira erleben und direkt am Ozean auf einer Klippe wohnen will ist hier goldrichtig. Und ich bin mit meiner Familie echte Weltenbummler und haben weltweit zig Vergleiche.

Absolutely fantastic!!

The house, the quick response to any questions and amazing customer service were impeccable! We had a small issue with the bbq, but MHM were rapid in resolving it, and couldn’t have done more for us. The house itself was amazing, fantastic views, great pool, and just what we wanted for a week away! To be honest, there was nothing that could have been better! We can’t wait to get back there!
