The accommodation
The property consists of a detached villa with a charming natural terrace overlooking the Umbrian Valley.
It consists on the ground floor of a kitchen with a spacious dining and living room and which can be accessed directly from the outside, two bedrooms for 5 guests complete with clothes hangers, chest of drawers, shelves for clothes, 1 bathroom with shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed.

Guest access
Guests have the freedom to access all areas of the house; outside there is a garden where there is a brick barbecue that, in the summer season is furnished with table chairs and umbrella.

We are available to provide assistance, advice and directions for itineraries. One of our collaborators lives nearby for possible practical needs of the house
We can provide bicycles for excursions for adults and children!

The free outdoor parking is located in the neighboring square overlooking the Church of St. Michele. Restaurants and pizzerias can also be reached on foot. Less than 2 km away is the municipal swimming pool, the tennis court and the bowling alley. It is possible to go horse riding. Paragliding activities in Castelluccio di Norcia and Mount Subasio, rafting on the Marmore Falls

The property is totally independent and consists of two levels. 2 bedroom for 5 persons, fully equipped with clothes rack, dresser and shelves, shower. In the living there is a sofa bed.

Relaxing and spacious

The place was exactly what we were looking for: a spacious and calmed location to relax, to cook and to enjoy the nice weather in Umbria. The house is fully equipped with all you need for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Persone discretissime i proprietari, piacevole e silenzioso il luogo dove è situata la casa. Un punto di appoggio per fare escursioni in altre cittadine e luoghi davvero perfetto. Una casa accogliente in stile rustico dove nulla mancava... davvero bellissima. L'unica nota negativa che si può rilevare è sul giardino lche è lasciato un po' a se stesso (piante secche e poco curate)

Buon alloggio immerso nel verde dell'Umbria, ma con qualche pecca

Abbiamo soggiornato per pochi giorni presso questa struttura, e tutto sommato non abbiamo riscontrato gravi problemi. Peccato solamente per la pulizia sommaria (polvere un po' ovunque, specialmente negli armadi, e spazzolone del gabinetto decisamente da cambiare). Il bagno (per altro non presente nelle foto dell'annuncio) è molto piccolo, il wc produce un rumore assordante e fastidioso quando viene tirato lo scarico. Per il resto, nulla da contestare.

Ferienhaus in schöner lage

Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit, aber nie aufdringlich. Einziger Nachteil in dieser Unterkunft ist der Lärm der Eisenbahn und der Straße. Es hat einige Tage gedauert, bis wir uns daran gewöhnt htten. Insgesamt war das Haus sauber, der Ofen war jedoch verschmutzt und auch die Betttücher müsste man evtl. mal erneuern, da sie fleckig sind. Die Betten sind gut, auch die Ausstattung der Küche ist ausreichend. Erfreulich war auch, dass eine kleine Grundausstattung vorhanden war. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.
