Exclusive and modern beach-front penthouse. Two large terraces beach-front, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, and 1 toilete. A large terrace (55m2) having outside dining furniture, lounge area, 2 sunbeds and overlook the garden, the pool and the Mediterranean sea. Marble floor throughout the apartment. The lounge has great and comfortable seating, wifi, TV HD. The kitchen is fitted with modern home appliances (fridge, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave), towels and linens, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and marble worktop.

Upstairs: Two bedrooms with direct access to a bech-front terrace where you can enjoy the amazing views over the sea (master bedroom with bathroom en suite); both bedrooms king size bed. Bathrooms with heated marble floors. Third bedroom with a bunk bed.

The urbanization has gardens and direct access to the beach, large pool with waterfall and sun loungers.

Located in Estepona, Urb. Sinfonía del Mar, in between Estepona and Puerto de la Duquesa, 5 minute drive away from all the necessary ammenities, including excellent golf courses, one of them being Finca Cortesín, a 5 star golf and spa resort, that has hosted numerous high-profile events including the Volvo World Match Play Championship on three occasions and it´s only a few steps away from the beach.

Beautiful views over the gardens, Mediterranean sea, Estepona, Gibraltar, and the spectacular sunrise. Development with excellent well mantained community, large garden and pool.

Situated in a quiet area and only a short drive from the seaside resort of Estepona where you can walk in the narrow cobbled streets of the old town enjoying the small squares in which to enjoy their terraces or choose one of the numerous delightly restaurants and tapas bars or take a walk along the nice promenade.

The superb location and orientation of the apartment, as well the area and surroundings will make you enjoy and have an unforgettable stay.

The Costa del Sol is also well-known as the 'Costa del Golf'. During the whole year golfers of all the world –from beginners to professionals - enjoy the sunny days on Europe’s most numerous selection of golf courses: more than 50 Greens! Right in front of the house is the new golf course “Doña Julia” (18-holes), and just a swing away the club 'La Duquesa Golf', right next to the sport harbor crossing the main street you reach “La Finca de Cortesín”, a 5 star golf and spa resort, that has hosted numerous high-profile events including the Volvo World Match Play Championship on three occasion. Besides the high concentration of golf courses in Marbella and Estepona you can also visit Spain’s most famous golf course “Valderrama“ which is located 20 minutes away (by car) towards Gibraltar. Venue of the legendary Ryder- Cup in 1997.

Perfect beachfront location
We stayed in the Penthouse which was on the top floor. All the apts. face the beach and sea. We were glad we were there at a slow time because all the apt. decks are extremely close to each other. If occupied there would be no privacy. Also, there is a major highway running along the front of the complex which can be noisy at times. It is a lovely, spacious 3 bedroom 2 & half bath with all amenities.

Super stay
We had a fantastic time in this apartment. All the luxurys and amazing views to admire. Marisa was brilliant. You do need a car as limited grocery's at the shop next door. Nice restaurant 15 mins walk away but taxis to Estepona are easy and cheap and it is a beautiful town. We will be back. Thank you Marisa.

Perfect Stay in the Costa Del Sol
After a hectic 9 day Tour of Spain and Portugal our stay at this property was an absolutely perfect way to unwind and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Mediterranean. ...So close for day trips to Ronda, Gibraltar, nearby Estepona and others. The pictures of the apartment are accurate, it's tastefully appointed with rare King beds in both master suites, and was well stocked for our stay. Marissa met us on arrival and gave us great information on the area and support before arrival and during our stay. The views and sounds of the water are amazing from sunrise to sunset. A perfect place for two couples travelling together from Canada and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Además, está situado fuera de la población de Estepona pero en un buen punto para hacer muchas excursiones y conocer la Costa del Sol, Sotogrande, Marbella, Puerto Banús, Ronda, incluso Tarifa y Gibraltar

Overall our stay was satisfactory. Over looking the pool and Mediterranean was beautiful. A rental vehicle is a must if you want to go anywhere other than a walk along the shore path. The unit needs repairs to the cupboard door, bathroom door on the main floor, a hose to wash the balcony and the light above the cook top stove. When you pay a high rent a person should not have to deal with these annoyances.

Excellent all round. No road noise.
The property is as described, and the pictures are all a good representation of the property - it really is that nice. Everything inside was spotless with pretty high-end fixtures and fittings. The kitchen was fully equipped and you could have easily cooked a three course meal for six (we didn't) and for the Brits there was a proper kettle :). There are a couple of reviews complaining about the noise as the main road is just outside at the back but in the apartment and on the balcony, we never heard traffic - only the ocean. We didn't use the back bedroom with the bunk beds but when we went into that it seemed pretty quiet too. You really do need a car to stay here as there was really nothing within walking distance but you can buy your morning bread at the next door petrol station. There are good restaurants nearby and lots to do around the area - Gibraltar, Marbella Old Town, the "White Villages" set in some stunning mountain scenery and everything in Estepona. Also worth checking out "Mr Henderson's" railway to Rhonda - we picked up the train at San RoqueLa Linea - very pretty views from the train and a day out in Rhonda. Communication with Marissa was outstanding including her send a video of how to get into the apartment and where the key safe was etc. which was really useful when arriving at midnight!

Heavenly stay!
The view from the condo is gorgeous and therapeutic. There are good walking paths right below, as well as access to the beach. The decks were amazing. Furniture was clean and comfortable. Beds were some of the best I’ve slept in. Kitchen well stocked. Lots of fridge space. Washer and dryer were handy. The complex was quiet. There were many stairs to the pool area which would be difficult for some. Choice of restaurants close by was limited so we would recommend a car. Overall we’d give it a 10/10!

Lovely holiday apartment
The property was every bit as lovely as it looks in the photos. We were delighted with it. Lots to do in the region. Lovely drives/visits to Marbella old town, Puerto Banus, Duquesa, Ronda, Sierra Bermeja mountain, Casares. GIbraltar. There is so much to do and explore around here, we are thinking of booking again next year! Thanks also to Marisa, who made everything very straight forward and efficient.

Fantastic apartment!
What a great apartment! We stayed a month and enjoyed it very much! It is very nicely furnished and decorated and everything is there! The terraces are fantastic, but unfortunately we did not have great weather to enjoy it. Marisa is very helpful and concerned ! Thank you and we hope to come back!

This apartment has breathtaking panoramic beach views We needed to be closer to Casares and Valle Romano and this apartment was very centrally located for us. It has a petrol station next door and has fresh bakery and mini supermarket which is very convenient. Apartment is very beautiful and has everything one would need. Marisa is an excellent host and was alway available if any help was needed. I Highly recommend this apartment

Urlaub an der A7 und neben einer Baustelle
Wir hatten als Paar alleine dieses wunderbar fotografierte Appartement (eigentlich für 6 Personen) für 17 Tage gemietet. Der 1. Schock ergab sich, als wir feststellen mussten, dass es ca 20 m hinter den Leitplanken der A7 liegt und der andauernde Verkehrslärm natürlich auf der Terrasse zu hören ist. Nach der pünktlichen Ankunft mussten wir 40 Min auf M. de la Madrid warten, die unsere Info SMS, dass wir vor Ort auf sie warten würden, nicht registriert hatte. Der 2. Schock stellte sich am ersten Morgen ein: das Nachbarappartement wurde komplett renoviert; der Lärmpegel über 3 Tage des Fliesenschneidens war ohrenbetäubend und startete um zw. 8.30 u. 900 h. M.de la Madrid wusste angeblich von gar nichts, obwohl die Baustelle voll einsichtig war. (Später, als wir auf eine Reduktion des App.preises bestanden, erzählte sie dann von dem guten Kontakt zu den neuen Besitzern - die noch gar nicht eingezogen waren. Aber von der Komplettrenovierung wusste sie angeblich gar nichts . . . !). Eine Liste über die „lauten“ Tage wurde von ihr geführt (es wären 3 gewesen, nach unserer 6, da nach dem Fliesenschneiden ein Malerteam über 3 Tage den ganzen Tag sich bei offener Terrassentür laut unterhielt). Schließlich wurde der vereinbarte 20 % Discount (alternativ der Wechsel in irgendein anderes Appartement, was aber in keiner Form via Bild oder Text konkretisiert wurde) auf diese 3 Tage reduziert, was M.de la Madrid uns aber erst nach der Abreise mitteilte. Nachtrag: Im Appartement fehlte eine Zitruspresse (wurde nach 1.5 Tagen nachgeliefert), es gab kein Salatbesteck, das TVgerät funktionierte nicht - es musste erst ein Techniker bestellt werden. Wir fragen uns, wie es um das Verständnis von M. de la Madrid steht, ihre Aufgaben als Betreuerin der Gäste auszuführen? Es kann sich immer um mehr handeln, als ein paar Restaurantadressen zu nennen und nach beendeter Putzarbeit den Sauberkeitszustand zu kontrollieren. So hatten wir erstmals bei einer FeWo Anmietung mehrere Enttäuschungen und selbst auf den Hinweis bei der Abreise, wir würden Freunden das Appartement nach Beendigung des Baulärms und selbstverständlichem Hinweis auf die Autobahn-Lage empfehlen wollen, wenn sie sich an den vereinbarten „Baustellen“-Discount halten würde, wurde von ihr mit totalem Gleichmut a la „absolut egal, ob Gäste auf Empfehlung anreisen oder woanders mieten“ begegnet. Geht’s noch??

Beautiful Apartment with Stunning Views
We had a wonderful holiday in the most beautiful apartment and the terrace is amazing with stunning views. The apartment has everything you would need for your holiday and in my view ‘if it isn’t in the apartment you don’t need it’ !! Marisa our host couldn’t have been more helpful and was always available to answer any questions we had. I do recommend that you hire a car. I have no hesitation in recommending the apartment and we will be returning next year and probably the next.

Perfect home away from home!
Spent 9 great nights in this very spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom- 2 floor apartment late October into November. Very clean and modern. Perfect for 2 couples. Exactly what the listing described. The complex was very quiet for this time of the year, exactly what 4 adults travelling together had hoped for. It had a large semi private terrace - and comfortable outdoor furniture, some shade from the upper balcony. Only thing that would have completed it was a BBQ grill. Picture perfect weather and sunrises each morning. Weather ranged from 22-27C. Although it is approx. 1h15 minute drive from Malaga, it was well located for several days trips : Cádiz, Ronda, Casares, Nerja and Frigiliana, Mijas. Good size seaside pool but not heated so too cold to use at this time of year but we weren’t there for that. Boardwalk in front of complex was nice for walks or jog. Two front bedrooms facing sea had 2 king size beds - a big plus- with very comfortable mattresses. Large bedroom closet space in each room with plenty of hangars. Smaller 3rd front room had bunk beds for kids.The kitchen was well equipped. Basic paper, soap and spice supplies provided to get you started. Lastly, I must highlight the excellent management services of Marisa. She was always quick reply to all of my queries before booking and during our stay. She greeted us on our arrival and provided excellent advice. Thank you so much for your professional service! Gracias! Highly recommended this unit.

Fantastic family holiday in superb accommodation!
Just spent 14 nights at this fantastic duplex apartment. Superb sea views! Well equipped and all top quality fittings and fixtures. Nice touches like tissues in every room, cotton wool buds in the bathrooms etc etc. Couldn’t fault it! Owner most helpful and responded promptly to any questions we had. Highly recommended!
