1 The Old Coach House is a delightful, well-equipped, three-bedroom house located within easy access of Dartmouth on Weeke Hill, just sixty yards from peaceful and protected National Trust woodland. It has two bathrooms, a modern kitchen and an open plan sitting and dining room. An attractive terrace and decked balcony allow guests to eat al fresco in the summer sunshine. 1 The Old Coach House is full of character and is an ideal base for families who want to make the most of the beautiful surrounding area and Dartmouth waterfront.
Amenities: Electric oven and induction hob, larder fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Gas central heating and hot water.
TV with Sky Freeview, DVD iPod docking station and music centre, Further TV in Kitchen breakfast room. Wi-Fi available.

It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many popular events such as the annual Dart Music Festival, Dartmouth Food Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta. This historic town boasts interesting landmarks, such as Dartmouth Castle, the Britannia Royal Naval College, and the National Trust’s Greenway House just a short ferry ride away.
