Leeside is a delightful, well presented and conveniently located ground floor flat with spectacular views of the River Dart, in a fantastic position in the very heart of Dartmouth. Perfect for a family or couple, the property accommodates up to four people (one double bedroom, one twin room ideal for children, with two small single beds) – plus a family bathroom and separate cloakroom. The property also has a stylish sitting/dining room with beautiful views of the River Dart and a well equipped kitchen. Outside, to the rear of the property is a garage, where guests can park one small/medium car. For families or couples, Leeside is excellent accommodation for enjoying all that historic Dartmouth has to offer.

Two bedrooms: 1x King 1x Twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, wash-hand basin and heated towel rail. A separate cloakroom has a w.c and a washing machine. Kitchen has a four-ring electric hob, oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Sitting / dining room with amazing views.
