Unit 1408 is a GULF FRONT condo with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. No streets to cross! You will enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches and the breathtaking sunsets on the balcony. This condo is decorated with Beautiful furniture.

The kitchen has cabinets with soft closing drawers, beautiful granite countertops, a gorgeous glass backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. The Lighting is amazing! Our dining room table seats four and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar that seats two.

Free High-Speed Wi-Fi Internet (100 Mbps) is available in this unit and throughout the resort. This is an upgrade!

Don't forget the fun-filled built-in bunk beds with WALL-MOUNTED 19-inch FLAT SCREEN televisions.

The living area has a new 70-inch flat panel TV with DVD/Blu-Ray player and a queen sleeper sofa!

All new kitchenware - pots/pans, plates, glassware, and utensils! Regular and Keurig coffee machines!

The GORGEOUS & Beautiful Master Suite has a King size bed and a 40-inch flat panel TV with DVD and Blu-Ray Player.

Perfect family spot
Wow! We enjoyed every thing about our stay; the room & the view, close to all the restaurants and main attractions, including grocery stores. He was an incredible host! There was an issue with the dishwasher leaking and he was prompt at getting maintenance to come. Maintenance fixed it in no time and they were also very friendly! This was a perfect spot, we are already talking about coming back. Thanks for helping make our trip awesome!

Beautiful Condo
We have stayed at Pelican beach resort before and it is one of our favorites. We would stay in this condo again. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We were able to check in a couple hours early, which worked out perfectly because we ended up checking out early due to Hurricane Helene. The communication was great and we have absolutely nothing negative to say. We recommend this condo to anyone staying at Pelican beach.

Beautiful get away
We absolutely loved this condo! It is beautifully decorated and the location made it perfect for a very relaxing early morning or late evening on the balcony to just sit and listen to the waves crashing. Also, the aquatic animals you can see just from our balcony amazed is. Only down fall was the bed. It was medium/firm and was uncomfortable for us, but this will not stop us from staying here again.

The condo was great! Everything seemed very clean. Loved the beach chairs that we could take to the beach. The only thing i didn't like was how crowded the beach was for the pelican. But it's a big condo, so that should be expected.

This property was exactly as advertised in the pictures. The views are amazing from the balcony. Beach access is very convenient. We loved the tiki bar. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was a great space. If I had to be picky and make a suggestion it would be to update the master shower. But it was a non issue as it functioned just fine. Just a little outdated. I would definitely recommend this unit for a family of four and I would stay there again without hesitation. The location was close to everything you would want while on vacation.

We are a family of five and there was plenty of space, the room was spotless, we had everything we needed, the view was to die for, the beach was perfect, and the owner answered anytime we had questions. We stayed in this condo for seven days. It was clean, cozy, beautiful balcony and well supplied. We had no issues during our stay. The host provided all necessary information prior to our arrival. It’s within walking distance to some restaurants and Uber is available if you don’t want to rent a car. We would definitely book again!!

We love Pelican Beach resort and booking this time with Yauvez was no exception! Would definitely love to book through him again. Condo was clean and had some many little things available that would make a big difference in your stay! (ie; coffee maker, cooker, air fryer, beach chairs, etc) we didn’t even get to use all the amenities but love that it was all offered! Check in was a breeze, and the resort itself has very kind and helpful staff. We had the best time!

This place was perfect! I went for a spontaneous long weekend trip just myself and my 5yr old son. When our flight landed we went to lunch at BoShamps. While at lunch I got a text that our room was ready at 2:30 so we went straight to the resort. The balcony had beautiful views of the water and the balcony adirondack chairs were perfect for coffee or lunch out on the balcony with the wide arm rests. It was a little chilly while we were there but the outdoor pool was very heated and we were able to swim the whole time. It was very nice to have the beach chairs and cooler available since we flew and weren’t able to bring these things with us. We would love to return here the next time we visit Destin!

Someones dirty socks under the bed
Overal it was a decent place to stay as it is close to everything and the beach is nice. Not sure how clean other units were but we had someones dirty socks under our bed. Made me question how clean it was. Someone put water in the dish soap that was on the counter to make it look full. If you rent the beach chairs/umbrella they start picking them up around 3. It is NOT an all day rental. There's supposidly an on site kitchen that makes foods for breakfast/lunch. No one explains where to find it or do it. Drinks are good at the tiki bar. Get the bucket and use it all week. I paid $5 for a few grapes, a few small pinapple chunks, and a few small cantelope pieces so I wasn't trying to find the actual food there after that. Only 3 elevators worked and the fire system was down while we were there. It was spring break. That should have been taken care of with that many guests prior. The area is beautiful and there are a lot of things to do. The 2 pools we found were warmer and there were 3 spa/hot tubs that were nice. Overall we had a good time at the harbor walk and with boat trips. Would visit the area again in the off season.

This was our first VRBO and first time to Destin. The whole experience was wonderful. The condo manager, Yavuz, sent us detailed instructions about the resort and condo a week before arrival. Condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony over looking the beach a favorite along with included beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. Will stay here again.
