Enjoy the open concept of our newly constructed(July 2016) cabin nestled in the tall pines of Crystal Mountain's Club Association. Plenty of space to relax by the wood stove or under the covered porch after spending the day out on the slopes, golf course, or Betsie River. Cathedral ceilings, tongue and groove throughout, and modern kitchen provide a lodge and spacious feel. All mattresses and appliances were new when built to assure a great nights sleep and efficiency in the kitchen. Surrounding areas include several opportunities to explore northern Michigan's finest breweries, festivals, beaches, restaurants, rivers, and trails. Lake Michigan, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and Traverse City are within 30 miles. Crystal Mountain Resort and Spa also offers ample activities and facilities but are not included in rental fee. Wi-Fi, A/C and Tesla/ universal car charging station in driveway have been added.

Good deal for the area

Pros: clean, spacious, lots of beds, hosts were great and very responsive, water pressure was awesome plus 3 bathrooms!! Cons: a bit echoey, quiet hours started at 10 so late night bon fire was a no-go, we were looking forward to using the hot tub at the resort but the price bumped to $20 per person ($40 if you went through the spa to access the suanas).

Beautiful!

the area has so many beautiful sites near by. The cabin was clean and nice, roomy kitchen with all the amenities. Spacious and lovely. Our gang really enjoyed the stay!

Cool location in the woods with lots of room.

This worked great as a space for 3 families and kids. Well stocked and a short walk to Crystal mountain.

The house is located in the most convenience place. It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for a fun vacation. I would definitely stay here again.

Worked Well for Our Family of Eleven

This was a good property for our family. The sleeping accommodations worked for our five grandchildren. We all appreciated the outdoor spaces, especially the outdoor dining table where we ate our evening meal every evening.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The house is a newer build and nice. Unfortunately it was rainy but we were able to play table tennis in the basement and grill outside under the covered patio. Amy was very prompt in communicating with us. Nice stay!

Great House!

Nice home - especially loved the backyard deck/patio area for enjoying the outdoors. Very close to one of the entrances to Crystal Mountain which made all the activities there very easily accessible. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay

Amy’s cabin was lovely! While you have neighbors, you feel as if you’re tucked iin the woods. The property has nearly everything you could need: comfortable spaces and lots to do. The kids loved the bunk room!

Great Location & Owner Manager Amy

Three bedroom plus loft room perfect for six adults and five children. House very well equipped and nice furniture/beds. Had an A/C issue that was immediate services. Walking location to Crystal Mountain Resort ammendities was perfect for food and kids. Pool great for young ones. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful Vacation home(Crystal Mountain)

Beautiful well kept vacation home. Very clean. Everything you need is there. The king bed in loft is very hard though. Needs a foam topper or pillow top. We had a really bad storm 2nd night we stayed. It washed out driveway. But we all had SUV’s and 4 wheel drive, so we could get out ok. Michigan is great. Fishing for salmon was awesome. Caught 3. Biking trails are amazing. And last but not least shopping Traverse City. Loved it.

Great place for a getaway

My family (mom, sister, brother-in-law, and 3 kids) stayed at this home for a nice weekend getaway. There was plenty of room for all of us. House was clean. My son especially loved the air hockey table in the basement! Would definitely stay again!

Fun Week in Northern Michigan

My husband and I, along with our 2 teenage sons, my sister and my parents stayed at your house for a week in July. We enjoyed the spacious house, with rooms on all three levels. The room on the main floor was great for my parents so that they didn't have to go up and down the stairs much. My boys loved the ping pong table and air hockey table. And we all enjoyed our nightly bonfires. The house was very clean when we arrived. The house has a nice cozy feel, while at the same time offering a lot of space so that we didn't feel crowded with 7 people in the house. We used the house mostly as our "home base" since we were traveling to Lake Michigan, the sand dunes and coastal towns most every day. But, we did enjoy coming back to the calm and comfort of the house at the end of the day. Overall, it was a great week in Michigan!

The perfect house for a large group!

This house is clean & beautiful! It was perfect for our large group of 6 adults and 7 children (ages 2-12). The game tables and board games were perfect! The evenings this time of year are great to enjoy the firepit. We did spend a lot of time in Frankfort at the beach, so the only complaint for us was the amount of time we spent driving. (Which we knew when we booked, so no surprise) I would absolutely recommend this home and will definitely consider staying there again if we go with this large of a group.

Great family vacation

Great house for our family including our daughter, son, daughter in law and 3 grandsons age 11-13. Plenty of room, ample towels, etc. outside area was great. We we’re fully satisfied with our stay.
