The apartment is set out over 35 m2 and consists of a living room, a bedroom, American style kitchen, bathroom and a private balcony. It is fully equipped with furniture, appliances, crockery, bedding and towels. The living room benefits from with air conditioning. Spanish TV is also available. On the balcony there is summer furniture. There is local amenities all in walking distance including the bust station, bars, cafes, restaurants and much more. It is within walking distance to all local amenities including supermarkets, bars and cafes. The blue flag beach of Del Cura is approximately a 10 minutes walk. The apartment can sleep upto 4 people. Animals are not permitted and smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
