Great location in need of maintenance

No cable for a week after numerous people trying to fix the problem Elevator was out for 3 days on 2 different occasions Dishwasher never worked again after numerous people tried to fix it Bathrooms were small mold growing in one of the rooms Need a maintenance program

Central location and quiet

We thoroughly enjoyed this modern apartment located close to bars and restaurants yet quiet despite all the activity at night. The kitchen has all the basics needed for simple meals with nice dining space. There are two spacious rooms with comfortable beds and one smaller room with a pull out. The two bathrooms are small but sufficient. The washing machine and air conditioning were much appreciated. Self check in and out was smooth and easy. Great choice for our group!

Perfect Getaway

Great stay for 2 couples. Plenty of room and fantastic neighborhood that made our Lisbon stay perfect. Marta was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood was easy to walk anywhere and was full of restaurants… bars and entertainment. We could have not asked for anything better. Would love to return!!! You cannot go wrong with Marta!!

Nice Apartment in Bairro Alto

This is a nice apartment in Bairro Alto, close to many bars and restaurants. The apartment is very nice and well suited to two couples. Check in was easy and the host was easily accessible via email and WhatApp. I would recommend this place to friends.

Lisboa Tour 23

We had a wonderful stay in Marta/Maria’s apartment. Everything was of a high standard, the only thing was the iron, which was more like a travel iron. The apartment was in a perfect location to reach other places to visit in Lisbon. We would definitely stay again.

Great well located flat in Lisbon

This well appointed newly renovated perfectly located apartment. The apartment was exactly as described and could not be more well located to get to all you want to see in Lisbon. The AC works great, the block is quiet which is good as many blocks have loud fun parties into the night. There is a reasonable $20 a day parking lot close by as well. I highly recommend this apartment and host.

Lisbon urban hang out

Although 5 days is not enough time, we had a blast walking the town from our urban hang out. Easy walking distance, with the right shoes, to the bay, the local parks, great restaurants and local bars. The apartment is clean, modern and very comfortable for two couples, that 3rd bedroom is too small for more than one additional person.

Great Bairro Alto Apartment

The apartment is very clean and well appointed and exactly as described. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the location. Unfortunately, it was quite noisy one night as there was a protest happening until quite late and then a noisy argument in the street. Great apartment but bring ear plugs.

This condo was perfect! First bedroom with a queen bed is spacious, lots of closet space. Second room is more of an office with a sofa bed and desk. This room was handy for myself and our friend as we had business to do. Third bedroom (queen bed) had private bathroom. Other bathroom was in hall. Living room was spacious. Nespresso machine in condo!! Small washing machine/dryer (combined). This took some looking up on how to work as none of us have this at home. I would stay at this property again and we have already recommended it to two other friends who are traveling to Lisbon in the next few months. Nice location, roomy, and clean. Owners communicated with us quickly as well! Thank you!

Bairro Alto

Spent a short week exploring the Bairro Alto neighborhood.. It’s a vibrant neighborhood with wonderful restaurants, bars, boutique hotels, and a short walk to the downtown waterfront and cruise ships.. Highly recommended!

Bairro alto stay

Great long weekend stay at this apartment! Good space for 4 people, was very clean, has everything you need and the communication with Marta was quick and helpful. Loved the living room and kitchen areas well as the little balcony that goes across one side of the apartment. It's a great base to explore the city centre! Definitely a super affordable option. Location is great too. Not far from all the usual tourist things, metro station is about a 7 minute walk and the train station is about 12 mins. Lots of Uber, taxis, tuk tuks around if you don't want to use public transport. One piece of advice: trams are very crowded, so go for a few stops for the experience, but where possible, take the spacious air-conditioned bus! The 737, for example will take you right to St Jorge's castle and drops you off a walkable distance back to the apartment.

Wonderful and Roomy apartment

We were delighted with this spacious apartment. It looked onto a quiet street, minus some mild weekend noise that stopped by 10PM. The two close markets were very handy, having good hours and supplies, beer and wine. There is a nearby fruit/veg store with a deli, the freshess fruit and veggies, gourmet cheeses, kefir and great yogurt. There is the traditional Mini Market nearby too with a larger selection, everything you could need. Only 5-10 minutes walk you are at Baixa/Chaido metro and the famous Brazilain Cafe. There is a mild hill when you are returning from the metro. Easy to regulate the temperature of apt. The oven was for us a bit tricky to use. The management came quickly to try and help. There was a few restaurants close by.
