If you imagining to spend your vacation in a quiet place, clearest sea on the Adriati, with a beautiful view to the sea, a touch of majestic Mediterranean nature, friendly family atmosphere, new high-standard apartment and all that directly at the sea just above the private Beach, you have chosen right! Villa Ruzmarina is located in the fishermen's village Marusici in the heart of the Omis Riviera - a 35 km long Riviera of outstanding beauty. Our new vacation Villa is located directly at the sea and the apartment includes, terrace with tremendous views to the sea, as the matter of fact almost every room in the apartment has a balcony with view to the sea.

Kitchen with dishwasher (new), microwave, coffee machine, large refrigerator with separate cooling area.

FROM season 2017 - NEW sitting set and high quality furniture in the living area, bedroom etc.
Fitness, free WIFI, BBQ place on the beach etc).

Furthermore guests have kayaks and mountain bikes on their disposal on request.

Gute Unterkunft, sehr freundliche Gastgeber
Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und man hatte das Nötigste. Klimaanlage funktionierte sehr gut, nur die Innenlamellen waren ziemlich verschmutz, aber es ist ein Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Wasserdruck war immer sehr gut und es gab auch immer warmes Wasser. Der Privatstrand ist herrlich und der Ausblick vom Balkon unbeschreiblich schön. Kann die unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Super Aussicht
Die Aussicht ist top! Dafür nimmt man die sportliche Herausforderung der vielen Treppenstufen zum Privatstrand in Kauf. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut: Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Backofen, ausreichend Töpfe etc. vorhanden. Etwas mehr Besteck wäre wünschenswert. Der Pool mit der Aussicht und den gemütlichen Liegen mit großen Sonnenschirmen ist ein Highlight. Den Fitnessraum haben wir ebenfalls gut und gerne genutzt. Am Strand gibt es leider nur zwei Strandliegen pro Appartment. Uns hat gestört, dass Hunde am Strand erlaubt sind. Ansonsten ist der Strand toll und bietet einen abschließbaren Schrank sowie die Möglichkeit, Luftmatratzen und ähnliches zu deponieren, sodass man nicht immer alles mitschleppen muss. Die beiden Restaurants sind fußläufig in der Nähe, aber nicht herausragend. Wer mobil ist, sollte lieber ein Stück fahren und andere Restaurants in der Umgebung wählen. Der Einkaufsladen ist recht klein und hat nicht viel Auswahl, aber frisches Brot und Obst. Für größere Einkäufe benötigt man ein Auto. Im Haus selber war es ruhig und sauber. Die Vermieter sind nett und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wer keine überlaufenen Touristenorte sucht, trifft hier eine gute Wahl.

Drei Appartmenthäuser mit 24 Wohnungen und 250 Stufen zur privaten Badebucht. Pool viel zu klein und nicht gut gepflegt für so viele Menschen. Wifi meist ganz gut, Kühlschrank schloss nicht und zwei leistungsschwache Herdplatten. Eigener Parkplatz pro Wohnung, die modern und sauber ist. Der Blick rüber nach Brac ist fantastisch

Views are exceptional
The apartments are simple - don’t expect luxury and a bit of a squeeze at times for 4 adults, but well-equipped and clean. But wow the location is just gorgeous and the balcony view one of the best we’ve ever experienced! We didn’t mind the 250 steps down & up from the pretty private beach either, good exercise! Nice arrangement with the dedicated loungers & parasol. The swimming pool was a nice bonus with amazing views. Helena was helpful and friendly.

Gern mal wieder, mit Auto dann aber 2 Wochen.
Schöner Urlaub , Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse blick auf s Meer. 2 Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar ca. 10 min. Ca.250 Stufen zum Kiesstrand, Leider keine Toilette unten ,also bei bedarf noch oben( hällt fit) Pool am Haus. Wohnung gut ausgestatet. Parkplatz am Haus. Es war eine Schöne Woche Ferien.

Eine schöne Woche
Herrlicher Ausblick, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, tolle Ferienwohnung, fester Parkplatz für jede Wohnung. Die 253 Treppen zum Meer sind zu meistern, der tolle Ausblick kompensiert den Schweiß…😅 WLAN - sehr verbesserungsbedürftig! Alles andere: 👍

251 Stufen läuft man zum privaten Strand, aber sehr malerische Treppe
Fast alles perfekt, daher vom folgenden Text nicht sich nicht verunsichern lassen: Kayaks waren teuer - 10 Euro für 2 Stunden, nur ein war nicht kaputt. Laufband im Fitnesszimmer ist kaputt altersbedingt, WLAN taugt nichts für Netflix, YouTube oder ähnliches, so dass die Kinder jammern. Hier ein Tip: eine Wochen-SIM-karte von A1 für 80 kuna an jede Tankstelle - Karte rein, sofort Internet, also keinerlei Registrierung öde ähnliches. Netflix usw. laufen. Oben sind zwei Lokale, das eine ist schicker, im anderen schmeckt es etwas besser. Wäsche waschen lassen ist gegen Gebühr möglich. Meeresblick unbezahlbar.

We were really happy in Villa Ruzmarina! Great view from the balcony, lovely private beach, crystal clear water and friendly staff. The apartment was spotlessly clean with a good layout (bedrooms at the back) and we slept really well there. We would definitely like to return.

Wir waren 13 Tage in der villa Ruzmarina. Wir waren absolut in jeder Hinsicht begeistert!!! Der Meerblick ist einmalig, das Personal ist sehr nett und total herzlich. Des weiteren spricht es sehr für sich kostenfreie parkplätze, Privatstrand mit Liegen sowie wlan. Wo gibt es das heute schon noch?!zimmer sind gut ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage flachbild tv küche(inkl. Geschirr etc.) Neue möbel usw. Wir kommen nächstes jahr gerne wieder!!!:-)

Super Urlaub!!
Wir waren dieses Jahr zum 2. Mal mit unserem kleinen Hund in Kroatien bei Familie Zuzul zu Gast. Dieses Mal in der Villa Ruzmarina. Dieses Mal haben wir ein befreundetes Pärchen mitgenommen, die auch sehr begeistert waren. Die Villa Ruzmarina ist ein sehr gepflegtes Haus mit schön eingerichteten Apartments. Sehr sauber da kann man sich nur wohl fühlen. Der Balkon bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, sogar direkt auf den wunderschönen Strand. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und immer freundlich! Der Strand ist über einige Treppen zu erreichen. Ein wirklich sehr schöner Strandabschnitt, einfach traumhaft. Liegen und Sonnenschirme stehen zur Verfügung.Der Strand ist nie überfüllt! Wir kommen gerne wieder! 100 % empfehlenswert!!! :) 0 von 0 Personen finden diesen Beitrag hilfreich
