The best thing about this placement is the luxury of being right on the biggest beach in Mallorca, in a quiet area. Here, too, you can enjoy the area for adult sports, restaurants, cafes, boutiques, playgrounds for children, swimming pools, sites of interest. Banks, doctors, clinics are within walking distance. There are plenty of boardwalks to enjoy the fresh air and quiet walking. Some other small and beautiful and cozy beaches are just a few minutes away by car, approximately 5 km. from the house. There are also historical sites such as, for example, the Roman city of Pollentia, its Roman theater, the medieval city of Alcudia and its historic wall. You can not miss the opportunity to enjoy nature in the natural parks of S'Albufera and S'Albufereta and many other places to discover.

Port d'Alcudia is a small fishing port, which today has become a popular place for people who enjoy life on the beach. The promenade has won several competitions of architecture and urbanism and is the perfect setting to walk with its fragrant aroma and the pleasant breeze, between "llaüts", the traditional fishing boats, and the modern marina Alcudiamar.

On the other hand, there you will also find the best fish restaurants, ice cream shops and clothing stores. And in front of the beach, kilometers of fine sand that draws the bay of Alcúdia with its crystal clear turquoise waters. It is the most popular beach, which has all kinds of services: bars, boat rentals and sailing courses and a water park.

But this beach, the longest in Mallorca (10 km), is not the only one. In the immediate vicinity you will find almost twenty: of sand, pebbles, rocky, accessible only by sea. Between the intimate beaches Alcanada stands out, or the S'Illot Coll Baix. The latter is a true wonder of nature that can only be accessed by boat or after a pleasant excursion among pines and rocks.

Precisely from the Coll Baix begin some very interesting excursions for lovers of trekking and nature as you climb Sa Talaia, former defensive watchtower at the highest point of the municipality. From above we see two bays, the Serra, Alcúdia, the Pla de Mallorca and when the day is clear, the coast of Menorca.

But if there is an essential appointment for nature lovers, it is S'Albufereta and S'Albufera: two of the largest wetlands, of relevant ecological value, of the Balearic Islands, with important plant and animal species.

Also very close to the house is the old town of Alcúdia, whose name combines the Arab and Roman footprint. Located near the Serra de Tramuntana, Alcúdia has its back to rural Mallorca, at the foot of the waters of two bays: the north of Pollença and east Alcúdia. Alcúdia is located in the center of this area of ​​contrasts, between the stone wall of the Serra and the sandy coves of the Bay of Alcudia, between the north wind, the sea and the interior.

Alcúdia treasures an important historical legacy and the essence of Mediterranean life, where everything happens slowly, where everything is savored and enjoyed. A row of orange trees mark the route of the main streets, Carrer del Moll and Calle Mayor. These streets house small jewelers, shoe stores, clothing stores, bars, restaurants, many of these establishments housed in large houses built centuries ago, in small, quiet squares. Alcúdia is one of those places where it's worth getting lost in its streets to discover a new place with charm, a new sensation in every corner.

Every Tuesday and Sunday morning, the pace of the city accelerates with the market. Farmers, merchants, artisans and artists paint the town color and the bustle of the people around feels inside and outside the medieval wall.
The Aucanada golf course is also only 4 kilometers away from the property. It is one of the most outstanding golf courses in Mallorca with 18 holes and spectacular views.
