This home is on private property right on the Gulf of Mexico. The Sunset Views are spectacular and you can hear the waves crashing up against the shoreline or rocks, depending on the tide.

There are 2 buildings and 3 units on this property (see listings 923682 and 920813). This is the bottom unit of the carriage house, which also has a 2/1 apt. upstairs. It has one bedroom, a living area with a queen sleeper! It has a full kitchen and bath with stand up shower. Beautiful sunset views.

Paradise on the beach

Five stars across the board!! This property is everything stated in the listing and more!! The host is five stars as well!! This property is well cared for with so many personal touches. It is right on the beach, and I got to hear the waves from my room. It was such a peaceful time at this beautiful place. I highly recommend this place!! Manasota Key 5/24 beach visit

The most Beautiful location ever right on the beach. We had Everything we needed for our relaxing stay. Every evening we enjoyed the local restaurants an gorgeous sunsets. Our host is one of the kindest humans I’ve ever met and took care of every single need. The only thing thing that needs improvement is the bed. Need a new one. But, I expect to return again and again. Thank you Francine!

Slice of paradise

We had a wonderful time! The views are spectacular! And the unit was so much better than pictured! Very clean and comfortable. We brought our dog and he loved it too! Highly recommend it!!

Slice of paradise!

This was a gem of a find! My wife and I stayed for 5 nights, and we couldn't have been happier with it. The sunsets were breathtaking, and the beach was right at our doorstep! Fran and Fred are wonderful hosts, the place was well-stocked, and we enjoyed every minute of it. Will definitely book with them again...thank you for an amazing experience!

Picturesque view!

We had a great time at our cottage by the sea. We had everything we needed. It is right on the beach. The views are amazing!! Close to restaurants, shopping, and anything else you want to do. We will definitely be back. We got to meet the owner while there and she is very nice.

Girls trip

The property is like a slice of heaven. The location is close to everything you need. The best part is you walk out of your door straight onto what is mostly a private beach. Words don't do it justice. It is absolutely beautiful! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful cottage on the beach. Perfect for a romantic getaway!

Comfortable, great location and wonderful hosts. All three units on the property were occupied when we were there and everyone was very nice and respected the space. Would love to go back and get the upstairs unit in the carriage house!

Easy living

Located right on the water, great place for my wife and I. Francine was very helpful with check in and knowledgeable about the area. Groceries and restaurants were close. Took a boat tour and got to see dolphins, Manatees and found some nice shells. Thumbs up to Francine and Manasota!
