Celebrate 2025 at our special corner of Galveston --a terrific corner condo that overlooks both the Gulf and the Galveston skyline. It's an end unit that goes from front-to-back of the building. Since the condo is right on the beach, you'll have sensational views!
Our condo is a great get-away spot on quiet East Beach, perhaps the best beach in Galveston. Not on the busy Seawall, this condo is just five minutes away from there or The Strand, whenever you're ready for restaurants and shopping!
From our eighth-floor location, you can watch the sun rise from the living room balcony and view sunsets from the bedroom balcony. Or walk outdoors and right onto the beach, where you can stroll for miles. Or just sit and bask in the sun. There's no Seawall Blvd. to navigate.
The condo sleeps four comfortably, two in the roomy bedroom featuring a king, and two on the sleeper sofa in the living room. A full bath with shower (no tub) accommodates our guests.
The fully equipped kitchen is recently remodeled. It includes everything you'll need to whip up a boiled shrimp dinner or a pancake breakfast. There's a microwave, two coffeemakers, electric range, fridge, and for easy clean-up, a dishwasher. (It's nicer than our kitchen at home!)
We've installed password-protected wireless internet access, so you can easily and securely stay in touch while away. Wifi is also available in the lobby downstairs.
Elevators whisk you to our eighth-floor location. Downstairs are a laundry, a pool for a refreshing dip, and sports courts for basketball, tennis and pickleball.
We have beach chairs in the condo for guest use.
The complex also has an EV charger on-site.

We are beach-bound Dallasites who love the water. A Mississippi native, Barbara took family vacations to the beautiful beaches of the Florida Panhandle. Robert, Texan born and bred, is a lifelong animal lover who has grown to appreciate the incredible bird life on the Upper Texas Coast.
Why they chose this property
We had a small beachfront house on the Bolivar Peninsula that we lost to Hurricane Ike in 2008. In some ways, the condo reminds us of the house. The condo complex is located on a quiet part of the beach, like our house was. And the views from our corner spot are also pretty darn nice. What's different? Now we have a dishwasher and a real bedroom!
What makes this property unique
Robert loves taking dips in the pool before bedtime. Barbara walks the beach, looking for beach glass. Both enjoy relaxing on one of the balconies, wine in hand, soaking up the view in the Gulf breeze. Moonlight over the water is spectacular.
Our location is also so close to the 'action' on Seawall Blvd. and The Strand, but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet.
