COZY & QUIET FINCA SA VINYA CLOSE TO INCA

The country house is located within a large land estate, where there is a lot of vegetation, fruit trees and farm animals.


Accommodation

It is a beautiful traditional Mallorcan house with two heights of the most cozy. On the ground floor is the part of the living room that has a fireplace and open kitchen fully equipped. On the upper floor, a loft with a double bed and an additional single bed.
The set consists of a large open and sunny space, having everything you need to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.

On the outside you have at your disposal a large porch with an ideal table to have breakfast enjoying the views, as well as a barbecue corner to prepare delicious grilled dishes. The wooden cabin or the pool will delight the little ones.
The property is located in a rural environment being a very quiet place, surrounded by nature. The center of Inca is very close, 5 minutes by car is the Lidl, Aldi where you can buy everything you need.
Upon arrival you will have to pay:
- City tax of 2 euros / person / day in high season (children under 16 do not pay).
-A security deposit of 500 euros (return at the end of your stay).
LATE CHECK IN:
For late arrivals from 10. 00 pm on, a supplement of € 50 will be charged.
Every Thursday in Inca the biggest market of the island is celebrated. The streets are filled with craft stalls, typical food, plants and souvenirs from Mallorca. There are many cycling routes from the area, as it is located in the center of the island.
Inca has a long history since the first settlement. Traditionally it was home to the Talayotic settlements, inhabited by the Romans when they occupied the island. Throughout the Islamic period this city was known as 'Inkán'.

The land around the city is particularly fertile, so large orchards and groves have been established.

Inca is known as the capital of leather and fur in Mallorca. This fame was reinforced when in 1871, Antonia Fluxa, a native of Inca, opened her first shoe factory on the island. Camper continues to be a popular footwear brand in Spain and the world, and the brand's outlet in Inca attracts many tourists.
