The living area benefits from a large flatscreen TV with freeview facility and DVD player and leads to a balcony with views over the town towards the harbour. The kitchen includes oven and feature 5-burner hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave and washer / drying machine. The master bedroom (kingsize 5ft double) has the benefit of an ensuite bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, toilet). A further bedroom - either twin (2x 3ft singles) or zip and link superkingsize (6ft) double. Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet). Further balcony available, across the hall from the front door.
Parking - Two allocated parking spaces in the developments own gated area.
Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Hairdryers.
Technology - WIFI. Flatscreen TV with Freeview. DVD player.
