Fabulous 4 bedroom villa in private grounds

Fabulous bright and airy villa surround by lawns and Mediterranean garden with a mixture of fruit trees. The villa boasts air conditioning throughout and central heating so is perfect for winter and summer use. The front terrace has amble sofas and seating to take in the afternoon shade or enjoy the winter sun. The lounge is spacious with flat screen TV and a vast mixture of television channels to accommodate all tastes of viewing. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with brand new appliances, the oval dining area is elegant and gives you the option of indoor eating. The Master Bedroom occupies the upper level and has a private lounge, sun terrace, dressing room and spacious bedroom and ensuite bathroom with twin sink unit. The second bedroom is luminous and spacious with patio doors opening onto the corner terrace and an ensuite shower room. The third bedroom is bright and over looks the grassed area of the garden and the 4th bedroom has twin beds and ceiling fan. The villa also boasts a full outdoor kitchen, BBQ area and spacious dining area. The kidney shaped pool is 8×4 and is surrounded by paved terraces with Jacuzzi and 8 sunbeds with Parasols. There is ample parking inside the grounds of the villa.

We really enjoyed our two weeks stay in this villa which is nicely located in a calm residential area. The beach and El Arenal are 10 minutes drive away. Thanks a lot to Jayne and her nice way of receiving us when we arrived with quite some delay late in the evening.

Perfect in every way
Myself and my husband, my son and his wife and two children under three have just spent the most wonderful week at the villa and we couldn't have asked for anything more perfect. The villa is decorated to a high spec and is very modern and comfortable throughout. There is nothing more that you need from this fabulous accommodation. The grounds and outdoor facilities including sunbeds, parasols, pool out door kitchen, bbq, jacuzzi, various seating areas and table tennis were all well looked after and equalled the spec of that of the inside. The property was exceptionally clean and safe for the children too... you do need to watch the children around the pool obviously but it has a small set of steps to the graduated drop in the pool which for us was a real plus. All in all it was perfect in every way and the location was just 2 mins drive to the nearest supermarket and 6 or so minutes to Javea beach front The Arenal - where there was a fantastic beach and really good restaurants and bars.. We will be back!

Exactly what it said on the tin.
We're just back from a fantastic week at the villa. Jayne, the property manager, was there to meet and greet us and give us a full tour. She also made herself accessible at all times. The villa was spotless, the facilities outstanding and the location perfect. The swimming pool and hot tub were the main attraction for us and they didn't disappoint. We can't recommend enough and hope to be back soon!

Fantastic villa
What a fantastic villa. The villa is well equipped and very comfortable. Quiet location and only a few minutes drive to the beach. Lovely garden with many seating areas. Jayne the property manager was extremely helpful and very friendly.

An Oasis
My husband and I had a wonderful few days at this luxurious villa. On arrival the villa is set in beautiful gardens with lemon and olive trees. It has a very tranquil feel and all the rooms are beautifully appointed, with spacious bedrooms and a brand new modern kitchen with every convenience. The pool is surrounded with a tiled patio area which has numerous sun beds and parasols. The villa also boasts a hot tub which is fabulous for relaxing in as the sun goes down. The villa has the benefit of an outside kitchen which is great for alfresco dining. A large garden to the rear of the property will be a great place for children to run around and play. The villa is a great place to stay and we will definitely be booking again soon.

Fantastic!
Myself, husband and our 2 teenage children stayed here for a week at the end of October. What can I say! WOW! Everything was Stunning from the drive, to the Villa, and the Villa itself definitely had the Wow factor! Luxury modern decor and facilities, brand new kitchen. The outside is very spacious, big garden, but private as its surrounded by beautiful trees. Decent size pool, with plenty of sunbeds. Weather was great even in October. Cant wait to go again.”
