About this property

This two-bedroom condominium, with 1200 square feet, can sleep up to eight people comfortably. This spectacular unit offers a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, breakfast bar, and dining area. The dining table will seat 8 as well as 3 chairs that pull up to the granite counter to make it easy for dining, talking and getting together after a busy day on the slopes! A large private deck, gas fireplace, washer and dryer, televisions with DVD players, wireless internet and more.
There are two master bedrooms one with a king and one with queen bed , two full bathrooms, one with jetted tub.
There are two sleeper sofas for additional sleeping space.
The second master bedroom of this split plan has a full bath and a kitchenette of its own including a small sink, microwave , dishwasher and a small two burner stove. SKI-IN/SKI-OUT from this fabulous Grand Timber Resort. This beautiful ski resort is nestled between peaks 8 and 9 where guests can access the mountain via the Snowflake chairlift that is easily within walking distance. Grand Timber is just a short walk from Main Street restaurants and shopping in Breckenridge.
A FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE is also available from the lodge.
Underground heated parking is available with indoor elevators to your unit so no need to walk in the snow after parking your cars. All sidewalks and steps in the resort are heated so no worrying about slipping on snow or ice. There is a fully equipped ski and snowboard rental shop for your convenience.
Storage lockers for your ski equipment are available on premises. Enjoy multiple indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs including kiddie pool and large social seating area near a gas fireplace. The Refresh Massage Center is available by appointment. A new 700 sq. ft. Fitness Center with state-of-the-art fitness machines is open early AM to late evening. The Family Fun Center with 4 media rooms for private movie viewing is able to be reserved. Enjoy a new restaurant with a laid back ski lodge vibe, reflected in mountain related memorabilia from the 70's,80's and 90's. A menu of American pub comfort food is served. Happy Hour daily! Watch old ski films and hang out! The activities desk will help make the most of your vacation. They will assist in exploring all Breckenridge has to offer, from dog sledding to snowmobiling to a relaxing dinner sleigh ride.

The Grand Timber Lodge offers a resort type atmosphere. The pools and hot tubs are great.

The owners were great to deal with and the condo was perfect for our family.

Great condo - convenient, clean, close to slopes

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed here for a week between Xmas and New Years. We skied each day, accessing both Snowflake and Beaver run chairs easily. Ski lockers in the heated garage were convenient as well. The Grand Timber Lodge had safe Covid practices in place. We reserved time for our family at the fitness center and hot tub, both clean. We spent virtually all of our time on the mountain and in the condo (kitchen had all appliances we needed to make meals, gas fireplace was often used), town was packed with people despite the pandemic. Communication pre-trip with the condo owner was great, he was available for any questions we had.

Awesome!!

The property was spacious, clean, updated, well stocked with supplies, ski-in/ski-out (a MUST for us), friendly staff, fabulous amenities, steamy hot tubs, fun game rooms, etc. The complex is large, but situated in a way that everything is just a few steps away. Our kids loved playing in the pools and the game rooms. It's also really nice that there's a restaurant on property with the added bonus they deliver to the hot tubs (what?!) or your room. The owner is SO incredibly nice and helpful. He pointed out the best places to eat and shop, and was incredibly communicative during the entire process. He returned calls, emails and texts in the blink of an eye and was always available to help with any questions we had...be it regarding the property or the best place to grab dinner. We couldn't have planned a better trip without his help. We skied our hearts out during the day and enjoyed incredibly relaxing evenings at Grand Timber Lodge to re-fuel. Thank you for one of the best family vacations we've ever had!
