Pergola serves as outside dining and has barber rescue equipment.
8 * 4 large newly installed swimming pool with sunbeds
4500sqm surrounding the house with olive trees, cherry trees and tall beeches.

Castel Rocchero is a charming and well-maintained village with grocery store and just a few minutes away find the well-known wine coop La Torre di castle Rocchero and the Maragliana where you can enjoy the pool and a lovely dinner. The location is perfect with just 5 minutes to Nizza Monferrato and 10 minutes to Acqui terms.
