About this property

Fully equipped apartment (60m2) located in the Treumal Center residential area, in a very beautiful and very quiet environment, ideal for families and couples. It is located about 150m2 from the famous Cala del Pi and other beautiful coves and beaches, such as Cala Belladona, Cap Roig, or Playa Rovira, all of which can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The center of Platja d'Aro, the promenade or the large beach is accessible in less than 15 minutes on foot.

The residence has a beautiful garden and a fantastic swimming pool for adults and another for the little ones. It has showers and sun loungers. It also has a community barbecue.

The apartment has views over the garden and partially over the pool. In the distance you can see the sea. It has a 16m2 terrace, very pleasant for lunch and dinner in a relaxed way. It has a living-dining room (with sofa bed) and integrated kitchen, quadruple room (double bed and bunk beds), and full bathroom.

Equipment: HD 32 TV with USB connection, refrigerator, independent freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and Nespresso coffee machine.

There is no private parking at the residence but you can park on the adjacent streets, easy, for free and with security. In July and August, especially during beach hours it can be a little more difficult, but it's possible to find spots in adjacents streets. There are free public parking spaces in 1000 and 1500m from the residence.

Excellent emplacement les criques magnifiques sont à quelques centaines de mètres

Loin des tumultes de la ville pourtant assez proche nous y allions chaque soir à pieds, cet appartement est très confortable et bien équipé La terrasse est un atout majeur elle ne donne pas sur la rue et donc c est calme . Résidence calme La chambre donne sur l arrière pour dormir c est parfait . Propriétaire très sympathique Les ventilateurs fonctionnent très bien . Le plus c est le congélateur indépendant La piscine est belle grande et très bien entretenue

Appartement idéalement situé à cala del pi

Petit appartement très propre et bien équipé dans une résidence familiale avec piscine, dans un environnement calme et boisé, avec vue mer depuis sa belle terrasse. Parfait pour une famille de 3/4 personnes. On est à 5min à pieds de la cala del pi, et 10 min à pieds du centre de platja d’aro. Le stationnement est facile en semaine, un peu moins le we…Un grand merci à notre hôte Ferran Brunet, disponible et très agréable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir .

Didn't get everything we paid for

If you don't mind paying for parking (which is listed in the amenities) only to find that there is none when you arrive. If you don't mind paying for WiFi which never works as it's shared by the whole block. If you don't mind keeping an eye on the fuse box every time you use the washing machine as it causes the fuse to drop and both the washing machine and the fridge stop working (and all your food is ruined). if you don't mind that the place only has as a mini fridge (Which is not made clear in the advert) and tiny ice box which doesn't cool properly, and the fact that the nearest main super market is 15mins walk which means you can't stock the fridge to save you multiple trips. If you don't mind that there is no lift even though it says there is in the advert... And if you don't mind being told to leave if you're not happy when you raise these issues with the landlord... THEN THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE FOR YOU!!

Estupenda semana de vacaciones

Después de haber pasado una semana en platja de aro en este apartamento por la segunda vez, hemos vuelto con la idea de reservar de nuevo para el año que viene. La viviendo tiene todo lo que uno busca para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Hemos ido con 2 bebés y los proprietarios nos han dejado cama, trona, juegos para la playa... muy practico de tenerlo todo en la vivienda. El apartamento está súper bien situado. A 5 minutos de la cala del pi y a 15 minutos del centro andando. Los dueños son muy simpáticos y dispuestos en ofrecer todo lo que uno necesite para que la estancia se pase de maravilla. El apartamento está muy limpio con las camas hechas. Solo hay que llegar, dejar las maletas y disfrutar del lugar como si uno llegase en un hotel. Recomendamos sin ninguna duda esta vivienda si queréis alquilar sin problemas . Christelle y Jonathan

Appartement très agreable et emplacement parfait.

L’appartement est bien équipé et confortable. Très jolie terrasse. Résidence calme et familiale. L’emplacement est idéal pour la plage un peu plus loin pour le centre ville mais seulement 10 à 15 minutes à pied. Très grande piscine aussi et le propriétaire est très sympa. J’espère y revenir.

Super résidence

Propriétaires très sympas et accueillant parlant français. Belle résidence avec une grande piscine bien entretenue. Appartement très propre et bien équipé avec une superbe terrasse. Les criques aux alentours sont magnifiques et le centre ville dynamique. Nous avons passés un séjour formidable et merci de laisser des jouets à disposition pour les enfants. Nous conseillons vivement la location et reviendront certainement l'année prochaine si il y a des disponibilités. Angélique G.

Un appartement simple ,il n'y manque rien ,propre agréable.la résidence est propre ,piscine bien entretenu.le propriétaire est très gentil ,ponctuel sur les horaires donner (appréciable).les plages sont à côté ,à peine 10 minutes à pieds,pour aller en centre ville 3minutes en voiture,ville dinamique .le prix est très raisonnable pour l'appartement l'a proximité de la plage ,le centre ,commerce ... cela été un bon séjours ,...merci

résidence vieillissante ,nécessiterait un peu de rénovation.

Le propriétaire a insisté pour que nous arrivions le dimanche et nous avons compris pourquoi dès le lundi: en effet un immeuble (ou deux) est en construction juste derrière la piscine, ce qui a rendu l'usage de cette dernière impossible pendant tout le séjour. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse qui aurait pu être agréable, mais avec le vacarme du chantier nous ne nous attardions pas! L'appartement est correct, mais une forte odeur d'humidité émane de la salle de bain. La tv ne diffuse que les chaînes espagnoles... Bref! pas terrible.

TRES BEL APPARTEMENT PROCHE DES CRIQUES

Bel appartement conforme aux photos. Equipements et propreté : Rien à dire, tout était parfait. Sans l'oublier le bon accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires. cadre superbe et criques à proximité

La résidence est verdoyante et la piscine très agréable . Nous connaissions ce quartier calme sous les pins et les palmiers , ce qui a guidé notre choix pour cet appartement très propre qui a été récemment rénové. Aller à la plage à pied sur la superbe crique de la Cala del Pi est un vrai "plus" et le centre ville est accessible également à pied ce qui évite de chercher une place de parking , assez rare le soir . La rue principale est très commerçante et les restaurants sont nombreux . Nous avons profité des splendides randonnées sur la Cami de Ronda qui se terminaient par des baignades dans une mer cristalline à 24 ° ... A moins de 30 minutes de route , le choix des sorties est très varié , entre les villages médiévaux , Gérone , les différents départs de sentiers côtiers et les randonnées en Kayak . Un grand merci à Ferran qui s'est montré très sympathique et compréhensif lorsque nous avons dû faire appel à lui ... De superbes vacances sur la Costa Brava !!!

Séjour agréable

Appartement très propre, fonctionnel et confortable. La résidence est très bien entretenue, bien située, tout est à proximité, aussi bien la plage que commerces et restaurants. Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire qui s'est mis à notre disposition même si nous n'avons pas eu besoin de le solliciter. Seul bémol quelques familles bruyantes dans la résidence... Rapport qualité prix très bon, je recommande sans hésitation !

Très bon séjour.

Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour à Platja d'ARO. Avec ses palmiers, la résidence est jolie, agréable. De plus, elle est proche des plages et commerces. La piscine est très sympa également. Quant à l'appartement, nous y avons trouvé tout l'équipement nécessaire, il est confortable, bien entretenu et agréable. Ferran Santos nous a très bien accueillis et nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa gentillesse. C'est avec plaisir que nous louerons à nouveau cet appartement et nous le recommandons vivement. S.BLANC.

L'appartement est très bien situé avec un cadre agréable

Très bonne prestation et bon séjour

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette location, qui a fort bien répondu à nos attentes . Bien agencée , très bien équipée , rien ne manque !... comme indiqué dans l'annonce . Un appartement propre et bien entretenu . La literie très bonne et confortable . Une cuisine bien équipée en tout. De très belles plages et criques de sable . Une grande piscine et un parc très fleuri et fort bien entretenu..Bravo ! Pour couronner le tout, les propriétaires sont très sympas.. Nous y retournerons pendant le même saison car très calme , et ne manquerons pas de recommander la résidence à des amis .
