It is located on a small hill overlooking Parikia bay and is surrounded by 8.000m of a mild Cycladic landscape with a private swimming pool (4 x 12m). Dressed in fabulous white, Villa Aktaia, right in front of the pool can comfortably accommodate 9 guests. Stylish and minimal, all its 4 en suite bedrooms, living and dining area and the spacious verandas, are facing the sea and the unique Aegean sunsets. Villa is only 2,5 km away from the port and 15 km from the airport, with an easy access to the beautiful sandy beaches all around the island and its picturesque villages.
The villa consists of two levels. At the Ground floor you will find the living and dining area, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and 3 bedrooms 2 of them with en suite bathrooms and the third one with private shower bathroom just across. At the First floor there is one more bedroom with en suite bathroom.
