Descending a few steps from the entrance hall, you’ll find the spacious living area, complete with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, DVD player, a selection of books, and a stereo for entertainment. There’s also an open fireplace, perfect for cozy winter stays, and air conditioning to keep you cool during warmer months. Adjacent to the living area is the dining space, which comfortably seats six. Patio doors lead out to a covered patio, providing a lovely spot for alfresco dining by the private pool. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for preparing home-cooked meals, including a fridge-freezer, oven and hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, water dispenser, and all the necessary utensils.
