Rented for the first year, very pretty villa located 100m from the beach of Platin.
Ground of 700 m2 entirely rounded off and sported.
Fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Large living room with air conditioning.
4 bedrooms with 140 bed, 3 bathrooms with shower, 2 toilets.
Covered terrace. Shaded pergola with a canvas.
2 refrigerators, one with freezer, washing machine, iron.
Wifi, plancha, heated parasol.
Loan of two mountain bikes.
Children welcome.
Minimum stay of 7 nights.
Price fortnight on request.

Une maison belle et parfaite

Nous sommes entrés dans cette maison et nous nous sommes sentis très accueillis. La maison est lumineuse et belle décoré. La plage est a proximité. Les deux vélos étaient bien utilisés. Merci! Merci aussi pour la rapidité dans vos réponses et un grand merci a Anne, qui était très flexible pendant la journée d’arrivée. Elle est tellement gentille et souriante. Merci pour tout!!

Accueil très agréable (fleurs et Pineau des Charentes) et belle maison. Nouvellement en location saisonnière, le propriétaire est à l’écoute des détails à modifier et apporter. Merci
