Great Trip

Photos are accurate, great location. We have stayed in Hidden Dunes previously but first time in the condos. This was close to elevators and stairs. Pool was noisy at times but everyone was respectful. Condo was clean! Only recommendation would be to upgrade mattresses soon and kitchen is missing a pizza cutter. Otherwise awesome place and communication was easy! We would stay again.

Wonderful Week!!!

Just returned from a week in paradise! Condo was wonderful-easy parking, right off the elevator. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The noise from the pool was a little loud in the evening, but guests respected the 10p closing time. Communication and check-in/check-out was smooth. We used the Wal-Mart in Sandestin for grocery pickup-just 10 minutes away. Also-there were fireworks two different nights that we could see perfectly from the balcony. Highly recommend!!!

Great place!

Stayed in this unit for 4 days during our mini-vacation in Miramar Beach. Nice 2 bedroom condo. Has all the amenities you might need during your stay including TP and paper towel, kitchen towels, skillet, pots and utensils. Great location with view of the gulf. Quick and easy access to the beach. Located in close proximity to Grand Boulevard, outlet mall and nice restaurants. Convenient parking garage under the building with access to the stairs and elevators. Owners are very friendly and efficient with their replies to any questions. All good, would stay again in the future.

Just right for family!

Really enjoyed our stay. Condo is conveniently located on the second floor, just off the elevators, with the porch overlooking the pool area. A little noisy at the pool sometimes, noticeable in the evenings, but worth it for the convenience, and we could even watch the kids from the porch. Beach is beautiful but busy during spring break week. Service available to rent chairs. Easy walk back and forth to the condo when needed. Whole condo complex is a little dated but nothing concerning. Owners are super nice and responsive by text, and even surprised our kids with an Easter bucket of candy! Thank you for opening your home to us!

Great condo close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay at Hidden Dunes. It's right on the beach and we rented beach chairs and an umbrella for the week from the beach service next to the condo. The condo is clean and well furnished. You'll need to bring your own paper products, toilet paper, dish soap, and paper towels, etc. The condo is right on the pool and one floor away from the stairs to the beach. The manager responded right away with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

We love our stay the place is really clean and have everything that you need. Beach is amazing. We love the patio was our favorite spot for breakfast. The only down was the beds on the guess room may need a new mattress. But overall best place we stay in Destin

Beautiful condo! Exactly as pictured, maybe better! Very comfortable, clean and well appointed. The owner/property manager are great! Beautiful beach and good pool which was well maintained. Only concern is no ramp to beach or pool. Can’t wait to return 🌞🏖👍🏻

FANTASTIC Florida Beach Resort

This property is located right on the beautiful Sandestin beach, with a nice pool and hot tub facility between the building and the ocean. This particular condo faces the pool, beach and gorgeous ocean views. This building is located very close to a number of great local hotspots, really good food, entertainment and grocery stores. The condo is nicely decorated and maintained, and the owner is very responsive. We would definitely recommend to our friends and stay here again!

Can’t beat location, you can walk up stairs easily or take elevator. Views are beautiful and condo is very spacious and clean. We did not want to leave the beach but if you want to shop outlets are just across the street.

Great Stay!

Beautiful view of ocean and of the swimming pool from our unit. We were able to keep an eye on our teenagers at the pool from this unit which was great. The only thing we did not care for was the parking which is a little tight and very hot on the bottom parking garage but we worked it out. I was looking forward to playing tennis but I will say their tennis courts need improvement. Not a place to stay if you are hoping for awesome courts. The beach service -chairs and umbrellas was excellent and overall a great location. The condo itself was very nice-well decorated and spacious kitchen..it had everything we needed. The elevators are very slow. After we were settled we used the stairs and this unit is on the 2nd floor so it was very easy to access. The owners could not have been friendlier and easy to communicate with prior to and on the day of our arrival. Highly recommend****

Wonderful owner

We are frequent guests in San Destin, but this was our first time at Hidden Dunes. The unit was very clean, very updated, very well appointed with everything you could need. The manager is the owner's daughter, and I have never had a property manager respond to me so quickly. She was wonderful! I could not find the WIFI password (even though it was in plain sight) and I texted her before 7:00am and she texted me back in under 2 minutes. Great view of the pool. The only drawback we found on the complex was that large families can rent the cheaper units toward the road (the villas) for very little money. They seemed to all pile in those units and then instead of swimming in the pools near those units they all came to the pool by the beach and made it crowded and noisy. Nothing the owners of this condo can do about that, but if you have small kids be aware. I would highly recommend this unit and these owners to everyone.

Very clean and updated!

This condo has everything you need! Everything is very updated and I mean everything. Bed are also super comfy. The view from the master suite and balcony can’t be beat. Enjoyed getting up each morning to sit on the balcony with my coffee watching dolphins swim along the coast. Hidden Dunes property is a very family friendly place to stay. We had other family members with us that stayed in one of the villas facing the pond which was an easy walk from this ocean front unit. Oh, and the beach chairs and umbrella set up everyday is wonderful! The beach attendants are super nice and insist on carrying your bag/cooler to the setup for you. We felt very spoiled 😁. Highly recommend this condo and you deal with the owners who are VERY responsive and friendly. We hope to go back again next year.

Hidden dunes gulf side

The condo is excellent! Very comfortable, nice temperature, spacious. Three of us stayed and enjoyed it. The beds are comfortable, nice towels, easy check in and out. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We would definitely stay again if we come back.

The condo was immaculate upon arrival. Had a great view and was fully equipped with everything you may need for your stay. The only drawback is that it is right in front of the pool so sleeping in may be a problem. Overall no complaints and would stay here again!

Great week! Owners were splendid to work with. I'm a very picky person..this unit met my needs and expectations.well equipped kitchen..we eat in alot!!. Nice beach access..31stairs down!!. Nice grounds and pool always sparkling clean and warm.I like the gated grounds! Parking needs work..no deeded spaces..first come situation w a baby kind of hard when you need to park down the road. Beach set up is the same..but we figured out money talks!!! Again..new experience to us..we've always had assigned chairs for the wk..hoa needs overhauled. Don't let this deter you..this was a wonderful unit. Road construction has traffic backed up..plan accordingly. We ate the donut hole..yummm. all shopping within 4miles east..and 10miles towards destin...just be patient with traffic backup. We love the destin area..the sand and water was outstanding this year..only one small storm. The water was a bit rough..but soo warm..I never wanted to leave!! We had a great stay!!! So until nxt year!!!

Perfect Location! Perfect Condo!

Our family of 4 just spent a delightful week at this wonderful condo. The owners were very nice and responsive. The condo is beautifully decorated and maintained. Everything was clean and efficient. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals and the full size washer and driver was much appreciated. Our children loved the bag of toys for the beach that were waiting for them. The views of the pool and beach were fantastic. We also loved the beach chairs, umbrella and table for each day. Hidden Dunes is a great complex for a family. The location is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and activities. We highly recommend this condo and hope to return soon.
