Our spacious duplex penthouse is set in the sought after gated and secured urbanisation La Alzambra-Vasari, just 500 meters away from the port of Puerto Banus with its famous bars, restaurants, shops, yachts, beautiful sandy beaches, ocean clubs and various kinds of entertainment for the small and big ones.
The apartment is set on the top floor, penthouse type. On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with double bed, large living room, one bathroom. There is an exit to ample (20 m2) terraces from the kitchen and from the bedroom. There are 3 terraces in total. There is a staircase leading to the upper floor, On the upper floor the guess find another bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and an exit to the third terrace. All nicely and tastefully decorated, the bathroom has mansard roof.
Swimming pools and adults are open 356 days a year.
The kitchen is completely equipped with all necessary home appliances. The living room is equipped with a large sofa which sleeps an adult or a kid, and with a dining set, a flat screen TV. Wi-Fi. Everything is maintained in perfect order and looks new. We've checked. There is large communal territory with a swimming pool, tropical garden. There is even a restaurant in the territory of the complex so guests may not bother themselves at all cooking even breakfast, since they eat at the restaurant without the need to walk or drive out.
- No car needed, however there is an underground garage in case the guests come in a car. Bus stop is in front of the urbanisation. Just right outside of the urbanisation there are a few restaurants, a market, a night club. Three is a large mall El Corte Ingles in a few minutes walk (supermarket inside) and there are only 10 minutes or 500 meters walk to the nearest beach in Puerto Banus.
Highly recommend by us.
