Bien pero lejos de la descripción.

Se aleja bastante de la descripción del anuncio. Más antiguo de lo visto en fotos. No hay más que un par de bolsas de basura, un par de rollos de papel, el suelo de la cocina está roto y es fácil cortarse. Los colchones incómodos y la nevera no enfría. Tiene buena ubicación.

Shocked on arrival by condition of property. The property has suffered from extensive flood damage that has not been repaired. Doors wouldn’t close due to swelling caused by water damage. Water stains and mould on walls and ceilings. Overall condition of paintwork was stained and there was extensive cracking of wall plaster. Water was leaking onto the kitchen floor and had caused floor tiles to lift making the floor dangerously slippery. Furnishings were worn and dirty, building materials were found stacked behind settee in lounge. Garden seat was broken and dangerous. Bedding was very poor quality and mismatched, the towels were small and stained and curtains were dirty and hanging off rails through lack of curtain hooks. Garden was neglected and had not been tidied for a long period. We were met by the host Frederik Santos who was extremely arrogant, rude and unhelpful. We were told by him to find somewhere else if we were dissatisfied . In conclusion my advise would be to avoid this property until extensive repairs and refurbishment has been carried out.

nice beach house

Very nice house. Terrace is great. Close to two beaches, 5-10 mins walking. Property manager was very responsive. Each bedroom has a separate balcony.
