1st floor: 1 large double with queen size bed and amazing sea views, 1 large double with queen size bed, 1 bunk room.
2nd floor: 1 double room and 1 bunk room sleeping 2/3 children or 2 adults.
Ground floor toilet/washroom. 1st floor shower room and separate toilet. 2nd floor shower room and separate toilet. Please note - No Bath in property.
This holiday home is fully equipped with free Wifi, Amazon Echo and a well equipped modern kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, dining table for 8 and 3 counter bar stools. Washing machine/tumble dryer. NEST smart heating thermostat.
Large downstairs front lounge with fantastic sea views, smart TV and log burning stove. Second adjoining downstairs back lounge with smart TV and back patio access. Both TV's have streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+) installed for use.
Enclosed patio/garden to rear with outdoor furniture.
Perfect location with car to explore the stunning Causeway Coast, Giants Causeway, Golfing, Water sports, Game of Thrones sites, etc. Or simply walk out the front door and left takes you onto Portstewart promenade, go right and enjoy the beautiful coastal path to Portrush.
