The Seagull House is built on the rocky cape of Otzia. The home has its own access to the beach below via the rocks, complete privacy with a sense of peacefulness and an exceptional view of the sea.
The main house is 165 sq meters built on one level with a surrounding plot of land of 6 acres.
It can host up to 6 guests very comfortably all the year round. There is also an independent guest house of 25 sq meters which can host up to 4 more guests upon special request.
The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom, one bedroom with a queen size bed, one bedroom with bunk beds and a toddlers bed and one bathroom with a shower.
The villa will be de-sanitized, before guests arrive and after their departure.
Amenities: Internet, TV, stereo, books, mosquito blinds, ceiling fans, Hobs, oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, linen and towels provided, utensils and dishes provided, iron and board, hairdryer, fireplace,bathroom toiletries provided, heating, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, parking, private access to the sea.
