Stainless steel appliances and upgraded gas range, Bar area, Island, full size washer and dryers and desk area. Living room has electric Fireplace for those wintery nights with full size couch and lounge chair. The view from the back porch is far reaching and you can enjoy hanging out BBQing, with chairs and tables that can be enjoyed from early breakfasts to late night chats. Yard is surrounded in bushes, pine, and other mature trees seasonal Lilac bush with an ambiance lighting in the trees for warm summer nights.... The summer nights are easily enjoyed with minimal bugs (we have a family owned company spray an all organic misquito spray during the breading seasons) The kitchen and dining room area is designed to be a very open spacious living experience, so all family members have together time whether they are preparing a meal, reading a book, or searching the Internet for the next event or outing. The large dining room table can easily accommodate 4-10 (with extending the enclosed leaves) and 2 to 4 at Island. The upper master bedroom has a small deck with table and chair for romantic evening or early morning coffee.
