Very beautiful villa of 105 m² air-conditioned, ideally located about 5 minutes from downtown Porto-Vecchio and 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in the region such as Santa Guilia, Palombaggia, St Cyprien ... as well as the river and the Mountain.
In a quiet and residential location, the villa offers all the comforts for an ideal holiday with family or friends.
You can take advantage of its swimming pool as well as its beautiful terrace and its barbecue to relax as you wish and fully enjoy your vacation.
It has 3 bedrooms, a large living room, a large kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
It is located on a plot of 800 m² fully landscaped and fenced.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Rental only from Saturday to Saturday
Deposit: A check in the amount of 2000 € will be requested on the day of your arrival. The deposit is not cashed, except in the event of damage.

Bonjour, La maison est conforme à la description et aux photos. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques. Quelques petits bemols : la climatisation n’est que dans le salon et pas dans toutes les chambres, il fait froid pour ceux qui sont dans le salon et chaud dans les chambres. Cela manque de matériel, il n’y avait que 2 tasses pour le petit déjeuné, le reste était des bols. Il n’y avait pas de produits ménager pour faire le nettoyage et il faut prévoir des torchons (dommage que cela ne soit pas compris dans les 18€ par personne pour les serviettes et draps). Globalement nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances!

Un acceuil et un échange très chaleureux avec Mr et Mme Camugli qui sont très disponible durant le séjour. Une villa au top, très propre et moderne, spacieuse, très fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Un extérieur très cosi, jolie piscine arborée. La villa se situe dans un endroit calme, sans vis a vis, sécurisée pour les enfants . Nous recommandons grandement cette location et ne manqueront pas d'y revenir !!!

Villa avec piscine très agréable, située à Muratello
Emplacement au pied des montagnes corse très agréable apprécier pour le paysage. Piscine de bonne taille et propre, sécurisée par une alarme (a mettre à votre convenance). De nombreux transats, un salon de jardin et une barbecue, une table et des chaises + un grand parasol complète le côté jardin/terrasse. Maison avec grande piège à vivre, épurée, comportant 3 chambres spacieuses. La maison se situe à 10/12 minutes en voiture du centre de Porto Vecchio, à moins d’une heure de Bonifacio, et proche des plages notamment Santa Giulia (magnifique). Les propriétaires sont arrangeants et très sympathiques (accueil & départ). Emplacement dans le jardin pour rentrer son véhicule avec portail fermé. Le village est très calme, et vous y trouverez une pizzeria, un bar et une épicerie pour le quotidien. Autrement à Porto Vecchio il y a tout ce qu’il faut. (Centre commercial Leclerc a l’entrée). Côté météo, nous avons eu un temps mitigé mais .... personne ne peut rien y faire ! Malgré tout, nous avons pu profiter de la belle piscine du logement. Séjour appréciable, cette villa est au calme, c’est top !! PS : pour faire le ménage en fin de séjour, il y a un aspirateur Dyson, un saut + balai pour laver mais manque peut être un peu de produits ménagers adaptés (produit à vitre par exemple). Autrement vous avez la possibilité pour la somme de 100 € de prendre le forfait ménager (comme indiqué dans l’annonce)

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und genau so, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Der kleine Ort Muratello liegt hervorragend, um viele schöne Orte auf Korsika zu erreichen. Tolle Pizzeria im Ort!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette jolie maison moderne, située dans un quartier très calme. La piscine très bien entretenue et la terrasse sont appréciables. Petit conseil aux propriétaires, une aération dans les toilettes serait bienvenue ;) Merci à Aurélie et son mari pour leur accueil et leur discrétion.

Superbe villa au calme à 10 minutes de Porto Vecchio !
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour d'une semaine. Le propriétaire est sympathique et arrangeant notamment pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Nous avons enlevé une étoile car il n'y a qu'une seule salle de bain certes grande avec baignoire d'angle et douche italienne mais à 7 il y a rapidement la queue pour y accéder. Et nous avons trouvé fort dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de lumière autorisé dans la piscine le soir.. Nous recommandons très chaudement cette villa notamment pour des voyages en famille ! (nous étions un groupe de 7 entre amis)

Que du bonheur !
Une belle maison, confortable, pratique, bien pensée ... nous sommes accueillis par un propriétaire charmant, arrangeant et disponible. La météo ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine autant qu'on l'aurait souhaité, mais la maison est située dans un environnement très agréable et calme. Proche de multiples sites de promenades ou de plages magnifiques. Bravo et merci au propriétaire
