This 1940's cottage has been totally remodeled.

We are proud to offer top of the line bedding, linens, towels, and other amenities, including Eco-friendly toiletries.

We have a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs.

This comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage, that sleeps 6, is only 6 blocks from the historic Georgetown Square and 6 blocks from Southwestern University. About a 5-7 minute easy stroll.

We offer two king beds, and two twin beds, all with high quality mattresses and linens. We also have, for your convenience, a washer and dryer in the unit.

We also have a PacknPlay for your infant and a booster/high chair for your toddler. Please request at booking as each cottage does not have its own.

You have complete use of the entire house and yard. The backyard is fenced with a seating/eating area and a bbq grill.

You have the option of convenient parking right in front of the cottage, or a one car garage attached to the cottage. Maximum of 2 vehicles .

Georgetown’s Gem!

Two Step Inn Festival stay

The cottage is within walking distance of the Two Step Inn Festival and to the Georgetown Square. It is in a great location and it is well-appointed. We had a great stay!

Family gathered from all over for Mom's 90th bday and the houses were perfect for us to share. Kitchens allowed us to cook meals and enjoy family in a relaxed, casual place. So much better than being separate in hotel rooms. Beds were very comfy. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked.

Wonderful home!

We stayed here with our 2 grandchildren ages1 and 5. It was the perfect set up. There was a high chair and pack and play, which made it so convenient. Pam was great! We needed a late check out and she was so nice about it. She also let us check in early. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the Elise cottage again!

We had another amazing stay at the Georgetown Cottages. We stayed in Ellie this visit and it was perfect. I highly recommend all the cottages. They are clean, stocked with everything you will need and more.

We very much liked the cottage. What a great location in Georgetown, we easily walked to all the locations we needed to get to. The cottage was clean, the beds are nice and the bathrooms were clean and well stocked. It was a great fit for our group of four and very homey. The only minor thing was that the kitchen isn't the best stocked. We made breakfast a couple of times and the pans and utensils are underwhelming. But I highly recommend the property and the owners!

Georgetown Cottage

The cottage was exactly as described, lamps on and glasses with wine ready. A very welcoming feel. The bedrooms worked well for our 3 adults and 2 grandchildren. The living area was spacious with tv and well stocked kitchen. The owner, Pam, responded quickly to any question we had. This property was an easy walk to downtown square with many stores and restaurants. Also, easy drive from Austin. We would definitely rent this cottage again if in the area.

Oct Wedding Stay

Cottage is 8 min walk to Wish Well for the wedding. Cottage is clean, bathrooms are small and narrow, if you have someone that uses a Walker or wheelchair. Nice to have a washer n dryer.

Best wedding weekend

We were staying in Ellie and Payton houses. It was so perfect. It was a quick 2 minute drive to Wish Well House - the wedding venue. Pam was able to let us check in early and check out a little later :-) Thanks for everything Pam !

Our stay at the Ellie Cottage

Charming and Comfortable Cottage

My wife & I stayed here for a long weekend with our two kids (15 & 13). The listing was accurate and the home was very comfortable. We had enough room to spread out and still spend time together. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

They fell in love with the historic charm and hometown appeal and decided to raise their family and someday retire there. “We wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.”, opines Pam. “Georgetown has everything we need and if we want more, Austin is a short 30 miles south.”

We chose these properties because there are 3 cottages all right next to each other. What a great way to spend a weekend or a few months.

The cottages are located in the historic area of Georgetown. It is a short stroll to the town square (voted the most beautiful town square in Texas) and an equally brief walk to Southwestern University.
