This tastefully converted cottage rests in the heart of Castleton, in the Peak District and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

The Old Workshop offers lovely reverse level accommodation within the village of Castleton in the High Peak district of Derbyshire. It boasts two bedrooms: a double with en-suite shower room and a twin (zip/link can be double on request) with en-suite bathroom. The interior also comprises a first floor kitchen/diner, along with a first floor sitting room. To the outside is off-road parking for 1 car and a small patio area at the front with garden furniture, so you can idly watch the world go by. The Old Workshop is the ideal escape to beautiful walking country.

Town: The Peak District village of Castleton is situated at the top of the Hope Valley, on the doorstep of some great walking country. It boasts the Norman Peverill Castle Keep, is world-famous for its visitor caves and the beautiful semi precious stone Blue John which is only found and mined here. There is an array of gift shops, food pubs and a Visitor Centre. Nearby are the villages of Edale, Hope and Hathersage. Enjoy a day out at Alton Towers or visit the impressive Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall.
