Well equipped but I need of some updating

Overall a lovely cottage but there were some issues. The downstairs where the bedrooms are smells very damp and there were some stains on the bedding although they were clean. The upstairs was well equipped but the sofa was very uncomfortable and stained. New sofa and bedding required
