8 Berth Caravan with private hot tub

Our Willerby Rio Gold 2016 caravan sleeps 6-8 people and has everything you need for a fantastic break. The caravan has central heating and is double glazed. It has a fully fitted kitchen with microwave and cooker. There are 3 bedrooms 1 Double and 2 twin rooms and bed linen is provided. Main bathroom has shower, toilet and sink and the other has a toilet and sink. Hand towels and tea towels are provided.
Located on the newly developed Kestral Court in a sunny location which benefits from the sun all day long. It has decking area with Hot tub sunk into the decking to the side of the caravan. Lots of parking space on this nice corner pitch.

Tattershall Lakes is packed full of exciting activities for all the family to enjoy, plus it is the perfect location if you want to explore Lincolnshire and its fantastic attractions. The park is dominated by Lakes that are set aside for waterskiing, jetskiing, angling, wakeboarding and even a brand new Aqua Park! Plus some great fishing . With our swimming pool, gym, splash park, bars and family diner there is something for everyone.

Entertainment Passes are needed if you wish to use the park s facilities including the bar, these can be purchased from reception.
Some activities are included with the passes, however, some do come with an added charge.

No smoking in van.
Pets are permitted at extra cost.

Lovely
Lovely, stay at this property. Very nicely presented, everything we needed. Hot tub was great and checked daily by a lovely man. Great communication from host on the run up to this trip. There is a play park that you can see out of the kitchen window which is obviously great if you have children. Would highly recommend.

Easy process getting into the park.. nice caravan that had everything we needed in it… there were a few maintenance issues with the caravan, only a few lights working on the decking area, light in the hall had no cover on it but did not bother us…. Hot tub was amazing…. Great communication with the host throughout. Didn’t really use the facilities as we were out during the day so not sure the passes are worth the cost… overall a good stay.

Very disappointed, we booked and paid a high price than the average per night. We booked for 2 nights, however only stayed 3 hours and came back home. The carvan had a awful odur, and flies swarming around, it is advertised as 8 berth, but it is actually so small and can not accomadate 8 people. Raised my concerns with the host, but to no avail or customer service met. My children ended up itching and burning from the hot tub as temperature was set at 40 degrees. Not happy at all.

Homely caravan, has the essentials needed, games and dads, and a brilliant hottub to use anytime
Fabulous caravan, very homely. Well presented on arrival with a little hamper too. Beds comfy for all, games and dvds for kids. Hottub was amazing. We will be returning one day

Not what we had expected.
This site was alot bigger than first thought. Our van was a long way from facilities. The mix of pandemic restrictions and thunderstorms meant we left after 2 days rather than stay for 7. Not a great experience for us but might be better for others.

Great Base For Exploring
Upon our arrival at Samantha's caravan at Tattershall Lake, we were surprised by how much the place had grown in the 2 years since we were last here. The welcome pack in the van was exceptional, prossecco, easter egg, Foxes biscuits, milk and nibbles. The van itself was clean and tidy. We encountered no problems with it at all. After unpacking the Girls (wife and 2 daughters), hit the hot tub and watched the Typhoon jet fighters returning home after their training flights. This is the reason we returned to Tattershall, the jets and it's proximity to RAF Coningsby. Overall, we found it very relaxing and a welcome break. Would we return? YES.
